Includes all kitchenware, counter top appliances, linens, towels, WiFi internet, cable television, flat screen TV's, king sized bed in the master bedroom, queen in the second bedroom, and two single beds in the third bedroom.
We have included everything you will need to enjoy a wonderful vacation. Come stay with us. We're sure you won't be disappointed.
Beaches
Our Kona Sea Ridge Condo is located on the famous Alii Drive and walking distance from many beach opportunities. If you want to experience exceptional snorkeling or swimming with the Green Sea Turtles - Kahaluu Beach Park south of the town of Kona is a must!
You can conveniently rent gear on the beach. Magic Sands Beach is only five minutes away and the place to be if great waves for boogie boarding and surfing is what you are looking for.
Head North or South to find more great snorkeling spots near the National Parks, The Place of Refuge at Honaunau Bay is one very nice spot. Dolphins often visit this bay and you can reportedly see them swim while snorkeling or diving. Also within driving distance you can visit beautiful white sand, black sand or green sand beaches. All beaches have public access in Hawaii.

Hawaii Revealed is a great book for further tourist information, activities, dining and maps. Feel free to call or e-mail owner if you want any of their favorite spots or activities.
Golf
There are more than 10 golf courses near Kona Sea Ridge Condo. Approximately five miles from the condo is the Kona Country Club golf course that has two championship courses; the Ocean Course and the Mountain Course.
There is a pro shop, driving range, restaurant and lounge. The Big Island Country Club has a challenging Pete Dye course and is located approximately a twenty minute drive from Kona. There are 16 public golf courses within a 50 mile radius.
Fishing
If you want a chance to catch the fish of a lifetime, Kona is the best place for Blue Marlin fishing in the world, the largest Blue Marlin ever caught was boated here off the Kona coast at 1376 pounds. The ocean gets very deep very fast coming out of Honokahau harbor and it's not unusual to catch a Marlin very close to shore, unlike some places where you have to go a long distance to get to the fishing grounds. Kona is a fisherman's paradise. Here are some other types of fish you can catch here: Yellow fin tuna (Ahi), Mahi Mahi (Dorado), Spearfish, Wahoo (Ono) Amberjack, Barracuda, Pacific Sailfish, Broadbill Swordfish, Short bill Spearfish, Giant Trevally, Ulua, Albacore, Big Eye Tuna and Sharks of various varieties.
Kona sport fishing is very unique in that it's the only place in the world that both Blue and Black Marlins weighing over 1000 pounds have been caught. One of the oldest billfish tournaments in the world is the Hawaiian Billfish Tournament held in Kailua Kona.

$150 Cleaning Fee - 12.42 Tax.
$750 security/damage/utility.
$500 deposit to hold reservation, applied to security after move in.

Why the Owner Chose Kona Sea Ridge
We love Kona and find the Kona Sea Ridge condos a spectacular newer development. Our neighbors are pleasant and quiet, and the on-site management takes pride in its surroundings and beautiful landscaping. The location (just south of town) is ideal, yet close enough to stroll to. All the people we have encountered are very nice and polite. I often ask "why are the people in Kona so nice?" The beaches in Kona are stunning too, which was a "big plus" in our decision to own in Kona.
