Welcome to our luxury 6 bed 4 bath villa at Oak Island Palms - a genuine 2 miles to Disney's Animal Kingdom (as well as the other Disney Parks). Our wonderful - recently refurbished villa- has everything on offer for the perfect holiday. No expense has been spared in the preparation of this property for your vacation - all you need is there and the quality is second to none.
Inside the property enjoy recently replaced carpets in the living areas offering seating for up to 12. The 46 inch TV with integrated cable (as well as Xbox for the kids) Externally relax in our swimming pool with its own built in spa. Perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the parks! And while the parents relax the children can continue their fun in the games room complete with pool table and air hockey.
Our 6 bedrooms offer luxury bed sets with one bedroom ideal for the children in your party! All linens as well as beach towels for use by the pool are provided.

My husband John and I had holidayed only once in Florida when we just knew if the chance ever came we would have to buy there! John was responsible for buying the property in by far the best location for people wanting to rent in the Disney area. After much research and deliberation Oak Island Cove was selected as a beautiful quiet sub division - whilst being on the doorstep of great restaurants, evening entertainments and world class theme parks! Something for everyone!

Oak Island Cove is by far one the best places to rent a vacation home in Kissimmee! Its amazing location just 2 genuine miles from Disney's Animal Kingdom and easy access to all the other Disney attractions means you can be in the Disney complex in a matter of minutes! Recent development on the 192 (just 1 mile away from the property) ensures a variety of dining experiences are also a couple of minutes drive away.

My husband John and I bought our villa on Oak Island Cove in 2003. I have to admit the perfect location selection was left to John and after many days of searching he selected this area as it is just THE perfect setting for a holiday property. The villa has everything anyone needs for a great vacation and because of the situation of the subdivision in relation to all the local attractions you are never far away from great restaurants, shopping and attractions! Disney is so close - you can even leave during the heat of the day - but go back for the evening entertainments! That way you don't have to miss anything!

A wonderful place to explore theme parks, beaches, shopping - anything really! Disney a stones throw away, Universal a short drive. Lovely restaurants nearby. Free wifi. Love it!

Thanks for everything. The added bonus was the "shortcut" to the Disney area. We were in Animal Kingdom in a few minutes. House was lovely. Pool area lovely. Loads of privacy from the plants around the screen area. We'll be back

We had a great time - house is lovely and comfortable - a great place to relax at the end of the busy days! The kids really enjoyed the pool. Great location for Disney. Not far from Universal. Only an hour to the beach!
