The villa has a panoramic view in front of the ocean and the most beautiful carribean island (Pinel Island, Tintamarre, Little Key, Green Cay, St Barth). Placed on north east of ST MARTIN, close to shops, gastonomic restaurants of Grand Case , Orient Bay and Anse Marcel, with a private swimming pool, and all services provided from this new villa built in 2009 . All this make it as a nice spot to send great holydays(4 to 6 pesons).

The kitchen open in front of the sea:
The kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge, dishwasher,microwave, stick induction, extractor fan,coffee maker (expresso and classic), toaster.All kitchen ustensils as well as a complete set of dinner ware and crokery are available .

The living room is also open in front of ;
The confortable corner sitting is set up next to the terrace and the best place to watch satellite TV on wide flat screen ( 60 channels with cartoons and adults channels) equiped with hardware player,full access internet wifi( sleeper sofa, 2 arm chairs (1 for relaxing and massage)).

The master bedroom equipped with A/C DAIKIN:
Bed (160/200cm),cabin gives a shower with massants jets,satellite tv with 60 cannels for the family (dvd ,divix key usb player).

The other bedroom equipped also with A/C DAIKIN:
Bed queen size(190/200cm), velux ,one desk with 2 chairs,a bathroom with WC.

You have also another private WC , and a washing machine.

The terrace and the private swimming pool:
2 lounge chairs , 1 dining table , 1 barbecue grill.

- cleaning of the swimming pool (1 x/week) et control of the water (1x/3days) ( Frank 0690631216).
- maintenance of the garden ( 1 x/15 days)
- It’s possible to organize dinner with the Waikiki cook and his waitresses (Greg 0690596747).
