Russ, we had a great time at the Summerlin. I would have to rate it a 10 across the board. The pictures do not do it justice. The view is great. The kids had a wonderful time. The pool is a little small, but like you said it was never busy. We were the only ones using it most of the time. The Summerlin definitely exceeded our expectations. It was very very clean (you have a great cleaning crew). I was very pleased with EBPM. Check in was easier than any other place we have stayed. We had actually got into town sooner than we thought we would and couldn't find a hotel. Ihad e-mailed you for suggestions and one of your associates got back with me and offered an early check-in for a great price. We ended up finding a hotel unfortunately. We didn't have one complaint. Thank You again for the great place and service. Hope to come back next year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We have really enjoyed our stay. Great view and very easy access to all the local things to do. The condo is very nice and we hope to visit again soon.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.
