The kitchen has been thought out down to the last detail. You are equipped to create gourmet meals in a fully stocked kitchen.(including cookie sheets and cooling racks for Tollhouse cookie nights!)
The living room is open to the dining room and kitchen, so it's easy to watch the HDTV 32" with DVD and participate in family fun. Teenagers might like to stay up late, use the pull out loveseat and use the living room as a third bedroom!
End your day with a refreshing soak in our oversized tub, while the light streams in through the golden stained glass window.
This is a family home, occupied for over 30 years. We have recently renovated it for monthly rentals. The master bedroom hideaway features an IKEA king sized bed and becomes a luxurious dreamland, the antique French doors open to the full length deck, note the room accommodates a sitting area and HDTV with DVD.

Myers. the emphasis on our renovation was an IKEA, eclectic feel, family friendly, small dog friendly, and subtle beach feel.

- This is a great destination site for family events. The Flamingo Inn next door would accommodate all your additional guests. There is a canal view from the living room across to the bay. It is common to hear and smell the ocean breezes from our porch. cabana and boat rentals available on our beach at the Outrigger Hotel. Don't feel like cooking, eat your meals at the Munch Box across the street, an island institution x 24 yrs!

Why the Owner Chose Other Fort Myers Beach Properties
This property is conveniently located on Estero Blvd, but is only 4 houses from the Gulf of Mexico. There is a public access there, safe swimming beach, beach rentals, and a beach tiki bar at the Outrigger on the beach side! You can walk to church, the 7-11, Villa Santini Plaza shopping mall, and the movie theatre.
The Unique Benefits of this Second Floor Apartment
The proximity to the beach and to shopping is a real benefit. You can walk everywhere and feel so healthy! We just love swimming at the Gulf and coming home, showering in the hot shower outside! The porch is a wonderful extra room where there is a built-in bench along one side of the table and you can cluster 4-6 chairs or more! This has always been a happy house with holiday parties which we know our guests will continue.
