Our stunning, romantic Paris studio apartment rental is in the heart of Paris' Left Bank and literally one block from the Eiffel Tower. It is steps to the river. You are surrounded by cafés, great neighborhood restaurants that the locals go to, shopping and open air markets. This romantic studio is an ideal spot to explore all of the wonderful sites and activities in Paris. From the windows, you glimpse the Eiffel Tower to your right.
Take the elevator to the sixth floor (7th American)and enter our apartment. The high floor means it is light and sunny, high above the rooftops. Look far right and see the Eiffel Tower. After all, why stay in sthe most romantic city in the world to look out onto a dark inner courtyard? Not an toption! Here, from two large sets of windows, find a gorgeous outward facing view of the beautiful buildings of the quartier and of the Champ de Mars Park.
On your right is the small kitchen with granite worktops, cherry wood doors and all modern appliances: two burner ceramic stove, microwave/convection oven combination, under-the-counter refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, etc. A skylight above provides warm light onto the counters, supplemented by halogen spots.
Just beyond the kitchen is the newly remodeled bathroom, tiled in beige limestone. Find a fixed shower, toilet and sink with good storage and plenty of chrome hooks for towels and hanging.
From the front door, walk straight ahead into the living. There is a beautiful antique dresser and mirror straight ahead. It is a compact space but sunny and well planned. The beautiful oak parquet floors and windows add to the feeling of elegance and warmth and the pale yellow tones make a warm home for your stay in Paris.
There is an empire style day bed on your left with cushions in pale green and plaid throw cushions. The sofa is large and comfortable for sitting in during the day; it converts to separate twins or dual king bed at night. Our guests appreciate the comfort and size of these sofas versus traditional sofa beds.
On the right of the living room, you'll find an Italian cherrywood table which seats up to four for inviting guests to dinner. Blue upholstered dining chairs complete the look. Beyond the table are large closets offering plenty of storage.
Our studio is fully air conditioned, a rarity in Paris.
The neighborhood that surrounds our Kir studio is the best part: there are three famous open air markets are all nearby and make buying ingredients for meals one of the highlights of living in this arrondissement. The table doubles as a desk with the hookups to allow you computer access to the internet; we offer free wireless internet. Four large closets beyond the table provide ample storage for your stay.
TV and DVD player are dual standard, which allow you to bring American movies or rent French ones nearby. CNN and other English channels are available as is the stereo system (bring your favorite CD's as well). We also have a security safe for valuables.
There is a stunning view from the two large windows of the Champ de Mars Park and elegant buildings of the Seventh arrondissement. It’s such a pleasure to watch Parisian life unfold below, as children walk to school, buy their croissants around the corner or come back from the market with their shopping baskets full. A great view is an important part of your enjoyment of Paris and we would consider it carefully when choosing an apartment in Paris.
The location is one of the best in Paris: One minute walk to the river; three minutes to the famous Bateau Mouches Tours; one block to the Eiffel Tower, five minutes walk to the Invalides, 10 minutes to the Trocadéro, the Grand Palais and the couturier's on Ave. Montaigne. 15 minutes walk to the Champs Elysées, 20 minutes walk to Place de la Concorde and the Bon Marché department store. You will love staying here!

Why the Owner Chose Paris Arrondissement 7We tried many Paris neighborhoods over the years and living in an apartment in the 7th arrondissement in Paris offered the best access to everything we love and enjoy! Step outside and enjoy café’ au lait on rue Cler on a sunny morning, stroll to Paris landmarks, museums and monuments, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the Orsay Museum, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Grand Palais, American Library. Take morning walks, picnics & bike rides in the Champs de Mars gardens, to romantic walks home along the river at sunset. It’s a beautiful old quartier near the romantic Seine that has maintained a village-like atmosphere, surrounded by bistros and shops so you can step outside and savor life. It's one of the safest arrondissements in Paris; it offers more open air markets than any arrondissement in Paris. It costs more to invest in the 7th, but to us, it is worth every penny. We greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know what our favorite cheeses are and make favorite suggestions. They know the exact kind of baguette we want each day, not too brown and crusty for soft cheese. That is what we have been lucky enough to find in our neighborhood and we hope you’ll have a chance to enjoy the same special lifestyle.

Owner's Map of Paris Arrondissement 7
My company transferred me from San Francisco to London for work, and it wasn’t long before I met my husband Philippe on a ski vacation. We were married and bought our first apartment in Paris where Philippe was working as a cardiac surgeon. Friends and family loved staying there for the fantastic location and views – walking distance to cafés, landmarks sights and wonderful shops. They loved the experience of living like a Parisian, shopping in the nearby open air markets for the freshest foods, buying warm baguettes next door, enjoying café au lait on the balcony, eating at affordable brasseries and restaurants that Parisians go to just around the corner. They asked if they could rent our pied-à-terre when we were away, and our Paris apartment rentals business was born! Philippe left medicine for business and we now commute between London and Paris on the Eurostar and have two great children who have French and American citizenship ... and who always point out my French grammar mistakes!

Back in California. Regarding my week in Paris at the Kir appartement, all good. It was quite small but fine for one person. I appreciated the tall windows, light, and the modern appliances, bathroom, etc. The quartier was ideal, especially the proximity to Rue Saint-Dominique, Café Constant, Fontaine de Mars, etc and Rue de Grenelle and Rue Cler. Also very handy for 63 and 87 bus lines, and the Ecole Militaire Métro. "I especially appreciated the "user's guide" to the appartement and the quartier, and the fact that the wi-fi was really wi-fi and it worked. These are features that really set Paris Pefect apart -- I have used other rental services and they just throw you into the apartment and say "good luck!" They advertise that the apartments have wi-fi but either they don't (they have some clunky old computer) or they don't know how it works. I enjoyed waking up, making coffee and sitting in bed reading the news on my iPad and watching Télématin on France 2. Otherwise, I took lots of photos for my website and took in the art fair (fiac) and the Kertész exposition at the Jeu de Paume and the Raymond Depardon exposition at the Bibliotheque Nationale. On the restaurant front: I've eaten at Fontaine de Mars several times before, but this time I tried Les Cocottes de Christian Constant which was excellent. I enjoy places where one can eat at the comptoir, especially when traveling alone. (My favorite counter-eating spot over the years is Fish la Boissonerie on rue de Seine in the 6th.) Thanks to the Paris Perfect staff. Next time I will try to book a little further ahead and try one of the other apartments."

The Kir, the neighborhood and the wonderous city which cradles both were so good for Laurie and Steve. And, the support we received from your company and safe in planning our journey. As well as the assistance we needed getting information once we arrived, made a great deal of difference for us first-time visitors to the eternal city.

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent "Kir" for the week . . . it is an absolute jewel. Our first real visit to Paris was all we could have hoped for and more. Everything about the apartment was exactly as described, and all the effort you three have put into the property is sincerely appreciated. I wrote in the Guest Book in the apartment a quote from Frank Lloyd Wright that '. . . God is in the details'. Having stayed in a lot of places around the world, from **** hotels to modest B&B's and rental 'villas', both Clare and I agreed that we've never found such thorough preparation, and such useful and well presented information as was provided by you. Even before we arrived in Paris, we had a pretty good "handle" on the apartment, the neighborhood and the best places to find good food . . . from baguettes to restaurants in the area. And everything turned out to be both accurate and complete. Thank you again, and we look forward to the next time.
