Our stunning, romantic Paris studio apartment rental is in the heart of Paris' Left Bank and literally one block from the Eiffel Tower. It is steps to the river. You are surrounded by cafés, great neighborhood restaurants that the locals go to, shopping and open air markets. This romantic studio is an ideal spot to explore all of the wonderful sites and activities in Paris. From the windows, you glimpse the Eiffel Tower to your right.

Take the elevator to the sixth floor (7th American)and enter our apartment. The high floor means it is light and sunny, high above the rooftops. Look far right and see the Eiffel Tower. After all, why stay in sthe most romantic city in the world to look out onto a dark inner courtyard? Not an toption! Here, from two large sets of windows, find a gorgeous outward facing view of the beautiful buildings of the quartier and of the Champ de Mars Park.

On your right is the small kitchen with granite worktops, cherry wood doors and all modern appliances: two burner ceramic stove, microwave/convection oven combination, under-the-counter refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, etc. A skylight above provides warm light onto the counters, supplemented by halogen spots.

Just beyond the kitchen is the newly remodeled bathroom, tiled in beige limestone. Find a fixed shower, toilet and sink with good storage and plenty of chrome hooks for towels and hanging.

From the front door, walk straight ahead into the living. There is a beautiful antique dresser and mirror straight ahead. It is a compact space but sunny and well planned. The beautiful oak parquet floors and windows add to the feeling of elegance and warmth and the pale yellow tones make a warm home for your stay in Paris.

There is an empire style day bed on your left with cushions in pale green and plaid throw cushions. The sofa is large and comfortable for sitting in during the day; it converts to separate twins or dual king bed at night. Our guests appreciate the comfort and size of these sofas versus traditional sofa beds.

On the right of the living room, you'll find an Italian cherrywood table which seats up to four for inviting guests to dinner. Blue upholstered dining chairs complete the look. Beyond the table are large closets offering plenty of storage.

Our studio is fully air conditioned, a rarity in Paris.

The neighborhood that surrounds our Kir studio is the best part: there are three famous open air markets are all nearby and make buying ingredients for meals one of the highlights of living in this arrondissement. The table doubles as a desk with the hookups to allow you computer access to the internet; we offer free wireless internet. Four large closets beyond the table provide ample storage for your stay.

TV and DVD player are dual standard, which allow you to bring American movies or rent French ones nearby. CNN and other English channels are available as is the stereo system (bring your favorite CD's as well). We also have a security safe for valuables.

There is a stunning view from the two large windows of the Champ de Mars Park and elegant buildings of the Seventh arrondissement. It’s such a pleasure to watch Parisian life unfold below, as children walk to school, buy their croissants around the corner or come back from the market with their shopping baskets full. A great view is an important part of your enjoyment of Paris and we would consider it carefully when choosing an apartment in Paris.

The location is one of the best in Paris: One minute walk to the river; three minutes to the famous Bateau Mouches Tours; one block to the Eiffel Tower, five minutes walk to the Invalides, 10 minutes to the Trocadéro, the Grand Palais and the couturier's on Ave. Montaigne. 15 minutes walk to the Champs Elysées, 20 minutes walk to Place de la Concorde and the Bon Marché department store.
You will loved staying here.

Beautiful Romantic Studio - View-Air Con- Heart of Paris

Year Purchased: 2009

Why the Owner Chose Paris Arrondissement 7

We tried many Paris neighborhoods over the years and living in an apartment in the 7th arrondissement in Paris offered the best access to everything we love and enjoy! Step outside and enjoy café’ au lait on rue Cler on a sunny morning, stroll to Paris landmarks, museums and monuments, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the Orsay Museum, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Grand Palais, American Library. Take morning walks, picnics & bike rides in the Champs de Mars gardens, to romantic walks home along the river at sunset. It’s a beautiful old quartier near the romantic Seine that has maintained a village-like atmosphere, surrounded by bistros and shops so you can step outside and savor life. It's one of the safest arrondissements in Paris; it offers more open air markets than any arrondissement in Paris. It costs more to invest in the 7th, but to us, it is worth every penny. We greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know what our favorite cheeses are and make favorite suggestions. They know the exact kind of baguette we want each day, not too brown and crusty for soft cheese. That is what we have been lucky enough to find in our neighborhood and we hope you’ll have a chance to enjoy the same special lifestyle.

The Unique Benefits at this Stunning Studio Apartment A/C

Charming apartment in a safe and beautiful neighborhood.

Owner's Map of Paris Arrondissement 7

I was an American banker in London and met my husband Philippe, who was a cardiac surgeon in Paris. We bought our first apartment in Paris, our friends and family loved staying there for the fantastic location and views -- walking distance to cafe's, landmarks and wonderful shops. They loved the experience of living like a Parisian, shopping in the nearby open air markets for the freshest foods, buying warm baguettes next door, enjoying cafe' au lait on the balcony, eating at affordable brasseries and restaurants that Parisians go to around the corner. They asked if they could rent our pied a' terre when we were away and our Paris apartment rentals business, www.Parisperfect.com, began! Philippe left medicine for business and we commute between London and Paris on the Eurostar and have two great children who are French and American citizens... and who always correct my French grammar!

“Hello Paris Perfect Team, We stayed in the Kir apartment while visiting Paris in August 2009 and had a wonderful time. One of the best features of the apartment was the location. We were so close to buses, metro stations and points of interest we could walk to it made getting around easy. We would not hesitate to stay in a Paris Perfect apartment again.” Brigid & Bruce Laing - September 2009

“Hello Paris Perfect Team, “I stayed at the Kir studio for 2 weeks in July. It was perfectly located right next to the American Library with La Grande Dame and Champs du Mars park nearby and great cafes, restaurants, markets, and metro all within walking distance. I was lucky to be in Paris to enjoy Bastille Day celebrations at the Eiffel Tower. Fantastic! While not my first trip to Paris, this was my first experience renting an apartment and for me, it is the only way to go. After a long day of sightseeing, it is wonderful to be able to come home, put your tired feet up and enjoy a glass of wine before dinner. I am already planning my next visit and there is no question, I will be renting another ParisPerfect apartment. The quality of both the accommodations and the service was remarkable. The staff were great, always available for any questions. It was a pleasure to deal with such a professional organization, from booking, arrival to reluctant departure. One super highlight of my trip was the cooking class at the fabulous Violon d'Ingres arranged by ParisPerfect - highly recommended for all the foodies out there. Thanks so much, Madelyn, Phillippe et al! See you soon.” Brenda J - Vancouver, BC, Canada - Friday, September 4th 2009

“My friend and I spent a week in Paris and were delighted with the service and arrangements made by the Paris Perfect Team. Our apartment was clean, bright and cheery in a lovely area with lots of great restaurants and markets. We also now know that having an elevator is a real bonus! We were also pleased with the advance arrangements and reading material sent to us as well as the fact we were able to gain access to the apartment as soon as we arrived. Travelling from Canada on an overnight flight is exhausting so the fact we could enter the apartment as soon as we arrived in Paris was appreciated. Thanks again, and we will recommend Paris Perfect to our friends.” Sue & Judy - Markham, Ontario, Canada - September 2009

    • I stayed in this really cute Kir apartment. It was really a great spot for me. So light, bright and just plain comfy. It had everything that I could need. Plenty of closet space. Kitchen to take care of all my needs. A comfortable bed to sleep on and great over the rooftop views. I enjoyed watching the kids go to school across the street. I could even see them throught the windows in the halls. The location was certgainly great. A grocery store around the corner, a boulangerie a block away..a good one, too. I had my choice of sooo many restaurants. I tried to see how many I could do. All in all, I would say that I made a wise choice. Staying in a Paris Perfect was all that I had read it to be. You easily become spoiled with them. thanks to all who helped make my stay so enjoyable. I definitely will be returning..to a Paris Perfect place. Cin

    • A Cozy Nest I stayed in the Kir apt. in April and May. It felt like a very cozy nest to come home to. It had everything that one could need. Amazing what can be done with this amount of space..IF you have the talents of Paris Perfect!! Plenty of closet space. Kitchen was great, great shower and bathroom. Very bright and great views over the rooftops. I even had my own visiting pigeon!! Of course, I did give him handouts. Location is everything. A block from parc Champ du Mars..restaurants all around. Small grocery store around corner. Boulangerie down the street. A bus almost at my doorstep. I had it made!! I walked across the Seine to the President Wilson market. I dined over that side of Seine on my arrival night. I shoopped the high designer shops all along the way. I walked the Parc area at the foot of the Eiffel Tower regularly..how many can say they do that regularly!! A great trip, a great place for a solo traveler. I appreciated all the great Paris Perfect staff help. They are just alwasy there for you in every possible way. They really care! I will return!! Joan
