bonjour! paris in winter is beautiful and KIR was the strawberry on top of my custard tart! KIR was cozy, warm and inviting very neat and had everything we needed for a week in the city of lights We will never forget our time spent in Paris or our little home away from home KIR! We loved shopping for foods at Rue Cler market and taking it home to cook, we loved having coffee in front of the eiffel tower and saying bonjour to all the lovely locals in the area! Thankyou for everyone at Paris Perfect you really did make our Paris holiday

Back in California. Regarding my week in Paris at the Kir appartement, all good. It was quite small but fine for one person. I appreciated the tall windows, light, and the modern appliances, bathroom, etc. The quartier was ideal, especially the proximity to Rue Saint-Dominique, Café Constant, Fontaine de Mars, etc and Rue de Grenelle and Rue Cler. Also very handy for 63 and 87 bus lines, and the Ecole Militaire Métro. "I especially appreciated the "user's guide" to the appartement and the quartier, and the fact that the wi-fi was really wi-fi and it worked. These are features that really set Paris Pefect apart -- I have used other rental services and they just throw you into the apartment and say "good luck!" They advertise that the apartments have wi-fi but either they don't (they have some clunky old computer) or they don't know how it works. I enjoyed waking up, making coffee and sitting in bed reading the news on my iPad and watching Télématin on France 2. Otherwise, I took lots of photos for my website and took in the art fair (fiac) and the Kertész exposition at the Jeu de Paume and the Raymond Depardon exposition at the Bibliotheque Nationale. On the restaurant front: I've eaten at Fontaine de Mars several times before, but this time I tried Les Cocottes de Christian Constant which was excellent. I enjoy places where one can eat at the comptoir, especially when traveling alone. (My favorite counter-eating spot over the years is Fish la Boissonerie on rue de Seine in the 6th.) Thanks to the Paris Perfect staff. Next time I will try to book a little further ahead and try one of the other apartments."

"I don't believe I have every enjoyed any accommodation more than my time in the Kir Apartment! Because of the of the excellent layout the petite nature of the apartment was not as apparent, actually its a miracle what you have been able to achieve with the space! The Paris Perfect team have gone above and beyond expectation, providing an excellent standard of fittings and fixtures. Generous quantities of good quality towels. Lovely unexpected touches like the coffee comfortable to sleep on!maker and toiletries. The apartment itself is light filled and warm and airconditioned for comfort. The sofa bed was prety easy to operate and very. We found the location was brilliant for sightseeing, most of which was accessible on foot especially if you enjoy walking. Nearby there are plenty of food outlets such as restaurants or supermarkets. Its not too far from the metro for travelling further afield. I felt very sad to leave the Kir and can't wait for an opportunity to return! Thank you Paris Perfect for making our holiday so enjoyable"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Kir apartment, small and compact but enough room for two. It's location is fantastic, just a two minute walk and you are at the Eiffel Tower!Everything you could want is so close by, shops, cafes, restaurants and transport. After sightseeing the other parts of Paris it was really nice to return to the quiet surroundings of the Kir apartment."

“My husband and I had been researching apartment rentals for over a year and found Paris Perfect to be everything we wanted. We rented the Kir apartment and it was delightful for a couple. The advance information was invaluable upon arrival, Taryn and Bernard were the perfect greeters, and Kir more than met our expectations. Perfect location, comfortable beds, quiet building, and elegance. It was a perfect holiday."

The Kir, the neighborhood and the wonderous city which cradles both were so good for Laurie and Steve. And, the support we received from your company and safe in planning our journey. As well as the assistance we needed getting information once we arrived, made a great deal of difference for us first-time visitors to the eternal city.

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent "Kir" for the week . . . it is an absolute jewel. Our first real visit to Paris was all we could have hoped for and more. Everything about the apartment was exactly as described, and all the effort you three have put into the property is sincerely appreciated. I wrote in the Guest Book in the apartment a quote from Frank Lloyd Wright that '. . . God is in the details'. Having stayed in a lot of places around the world, from **** hotels to modest B&B's and rental 'villas', both Clare and I agreed that we've never found such thorough preparation, and such useful and well presented information as was provided by you. Even before we arrived in Paris, we had a pretty good "handle" on the apartment, the neighborhood and the best places to find good food . . . from baguettes to restaurants in the area. And everything turned out to be both accurate and complete. Thank you again, and we look forward to the next time.

“My wife and I just returned from a week in Paris. We stayed in a comfortable little studio apartment (called the Kir) rented from ParisPerfect. It was the ideal way to see Paris! We were five or six minutes--by foot--from the Eiffel Tower and the River Seine. There are literally dozens of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood, so the toughest thing about eating is making the decision where to go. Our place was on the sixth floor of an apartment building, up where you can view Paris from rooftop level. It was amazingly quiet--hard to believe we were in central Paris unless we opened the windows. And since we were up on the sixth floor the natural light is abundant. Another bonus to renting an apartment is having the use of a kitchen. We ate breakfast in our room and saved some euros. Since most days we were walking all over the city, we were delighted to return to our apartment for a well-deserved rest. The Kir is nicely furnished and decorated. The staff of ParisPerfect helped make our travel plans less daunting and our stay very comfortable. Check out the Kir apartment.

“This was my second time to Paris but first time in an apartment. We totally enjoyed the apartment living. Our overall experience was fabulous and it was so nice to come "home" after a long day of sightseeing, eating and shopping. We loved the way the apartment was decorated and arranged and location was perfect. It was fun to live like a Parisian for a couple of weeks.”

“The adorable Kir was perfect for me and I enjoyed coming "home" to its cozy warmth after a long day of sightseeing. The neighbourhood is full of little treats, yummy pastry shops and sweet summery fruits at the mom and pop nearby. I enjoyed apricots, plums and nectarines, the likes of which I haven't had in a long time – perfect for slicing and fanning across a cheese cake, if Paris puts you in the mood……it's easy to be inspired here. A big thank you!

“Paris with my 10 year old daughter! Seeing Paris through her beautiful blue eyes has taught me so mucc...Look, really look at the fleurs tres fraiche at the shops. Smell the air at the market on rue Cler. Admire the sweet French babies in their prams. Treasure the look she gave me after biting into her first Tarte aux Pommes with whipping cream! Ah....we'll be back! A bientot Kir!”

“A delightful studio apartment - well laid out and tastefully furnished. The neighbourhood is excellent for daily shopping = with a good variety of stores nearby on rue St Dominique. A restaurant we recommend is "Restaurant de la Grille" on Rue de Trevise off Rue de la Fayette. Your notes on local shops and restaurants were very helpful for neophytes to Paris

“My second trip to Paris, my husband's first. We celebrated 25 years together. Too much to see! Christmas mass at Notre Dame spectacular, dinner at Lo Petit Sud Oest the best of the trip (you must love duck to eat there). The apartment met all our needs - and the neighborhood is delightful! We look forward to future trips to Paris to catch what we could not fit into 7 days.

“My husband and I spent a wonderful week in Paris in April. Our apartment, Kir, is a tiny gem -- beautifully furnished, in a lovely neighborhood, and spotlessly clean. We were greeted by Carolyn, the manager, who showed us how everything worked, etc.; in the apartment were a welcome basket and lots of information about the quartier. It was so much fun to shop each morning and return to our cozy flat with the wonderful bread, cheese, wine, fruit and pastries (!) available just blocks from our front door. And every evening, without fail, we strolled to the Eiffel Tower and watched her sparkling dance -- a thrilling, romantic show that never gets old. We were Parisians for a week -- and we can't wait to return!!”

“Merci, Madelyn, Phillipe, Carolyn and Lorissa for a wonderful stay in the Kir apartment. (April 28-May 5, 2007) We just arrived home and it is hard to believe it was only hours ago that we there in Paris and in "our" little apartment. It was very cozy, and we felt very much a part of the neighbourhood. I cannot believe how much storage there was. It was beautifully designed. Thank you very much for the welcome package including the wine and baguette bag. Paris is the most wonderful city and we had a great 25th wedding anniversary! When we come back, we'll be sure to stay with Paris Perfect again.A bientot!

“My second stay in Kir was just as great as my stay last fall. Although I had to leave several days early due to a family medical emergency, I had a wonderful stay and feel very much at home in the neighborhood. I used the buses a lot more to get around and discovered that Bus 42 (just around the corner on Ave De la Bourdonnais) goes to la Madelaine, l'Opera and the dept stores. You see so much of Paris by using the buses.I hope to return and next time will try a one bedroom Paris Perfect apartment. Merci! J'adore Paris!”

“It was Paris - and it was Perfect! Having a falt for the week made us feel like Parisians! And it must have worked - we were mistaken for locals every day as we were constantly asked for directions from "tourists"! French and otherwise. Our first trip to Paris, not our last and a perfect 10th anniversary.”

“My friend and I spent a week in Paris and were delighted with the service and arrangements made by the Paris Perfect Team. Our apartment was clean, bright and cheery in a lovely area with lots of great restaurants and markets. We also now know that having an elevator is a real bonus! We were also pleased with the advance arrangements and reading material sent to us as well as the fact we were able to gain access to the apartment as soon as we arrived. Travelling from Canada on an overnight flight is exhausting so the fact we could enter the apartment as soon as we arrived in Paris was appreciated. Thanks again, and we will recommend Paris Perfect to our friends.”Sue & Judy - Markham, Ontario, Canada - September 2009

“Hello Paris Perfect Team,“I stayed at the Kir studio for 2 weeks in July. It was perfectly located right next to the American Library with La Grande Dame and Champs du Mars park nearby and great cafes, restaurants, markets, and metro all within walking distance. I was lucky to be in Paris to enjoy Bastille Day celebrations at the Eiffel Tower. Fantastic! While not my first trip to Paris, this was my first experience renting an apartment and for me, it is the only way to go. After a long day of sightseeing, it is wonderful to be able to come home, put your tired feet up and enjoy a glass of wine before dinner. I am already planning my next visit and there is no question, I will be renting another ParisPerfect apartment. The quality of both the accommodations and the service was remarkable. The staff were great, always available for any questions. It was a pleasure to deal with such a professional organization, from booking, arrival to reluctant departure. One super highlight of my trip was the cooking class at the fabulous Violon d'Ingres arranged by ParisPerfect - highly recommended for all the foodies out there. Thanks so much, Madelyn, Phillippe et al! I stayed in this really cute Kir apartment. It was really a great spot for me. So light, bright and just plain comfy. It had everything that I could need. Plenty of closet space. Kitchen to take care of all my needs. A comfortable bed to sleep on and great over the rooftop views. I enjoyed watching the kids go to school across the street. I could even see them throught the windows in the halls. The location was certgainly great. A grocery store around the corner, a boulangerie a block away..a good one, too. I had my choice of sooo many restaurants. I tried to see how many I could do. All in all, I would say that I made a wise choice. Staying in a Paris Perfect was all that I had read it to be. You easily become spoiled with them. thanks to all who helped make my stay so enjoyable. I definitely will be returning..to a Paris Perfect place. Cin

A Cozy Nest I stayed in the Kir apt. in April and May. It felt like a very cozy nest to come home to. It had everything that one could need. Amazing what can be done with this amount of space..IF you have the talents of Paris Perfect!! Plenty of closet space. Kitchen was great, great shower and bathroom. Very bright and great views over the rooftops. I even had my own visiting pigeon!! Of course, I did give him handouts. Location is everything. A block from parc Champ du Mars..restaurants all around. Small grocery store around corner. Boulangerie down the street. A bus almost at my doorstep. I had it made!! I walked across the Seine to the President Wilson market. I dined over that side of Seine on my arrival night. I shoopped the high designer shops all along the way. I walked the Parc area at the foot of the Eiffel Tower regularly..how many can say they do that regularly!! A great trip, a great place for a solo traveler. I appreciated all the great Paris Perfect staff help. They are just alwasy there for you in every possible way. They really care! I will return!! Joan
