Four of us stayed in this nicely appointed, well-maintained condo. Of special note: kitchen was well-equipped for cooking and beds were very comfortable.The complex was quiet. The people that we ran into in the complex were very friendly, middle-aged or older; no children. The pool areas were small, but never crowded. In fact, we were often the only people there. The workout room had good treadmills, stairmasters, recumbent bikes, a few weights. Never had to wait to use one of the machines. Great location to downtown Palm Springs. Walking distance to several restaurants (Mirasol, Davey's Hideaway, Ace Hotel), grocery store, coffee. Owners were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful for restaurant recommendations. Highly recommended.

My childhood friend and I just returned from a wonderful week of vacationing in the Palm Springs area. Ken's and Scott's condo is in a perfect location with wonderful reminders of the original Biltmore Colony in the public swimming and entertaining areas. All shopping needs can be met with choices available within a mile or two. The condo itself has a modern edge to it with an open living, dining and kitchen area. The two bedrooms are spacious and have such comfy beds and beautiful en suite bathrooms. Everything you would have in your own home can be found in the well-equipped living areas. The complex is smaller and quiet. And doing business with Ken couldn't be more pleasant. There is also an on-site couple who are your PS contacts during your stay. The cost is reasonable for the quality of the unit. One note: If you need assistance with walking, there are two flights of stairs that could present some challenges. It was difficult to leave, but all good things must come to an end! We will be back!

The place is even better than the photos and a great location, close to everything you need . Place is like brand new, everything clean..like staying in a 5 star hotel. The owner was more than helpful checking in to make sure our visit was a good one. We would love to stay again in the near future and would highly recommend to everyone.

This condo at the Biltmore Colony was the perfect place for us after a day of biking. The location is great and we felt very comfortable coming “home” to make dinner and watch movies. People around the pool were friendly and we ended up going to dinner with some folks that we met poolside (Go to Matchbox for pizza!). The owner was very easy to work with and did a wonderful job with the setup of the condo. I would recommend this property to all my friends.

My husband and I were looking to get-a-way from the city with a no hassle place to stay but more than your typical hotel room. A friend of mine suggested VRBO and I found this condo at the Biltmore Colony. The description of the condo and location was spot on and the pictures don’t do it justice. It was very clean and welcoming and the owner was quick to get back to me with all my questions- including a recommendation on what could be my new favorite coffee café called Koffi. Easy to get to hikes and restaurants- I would recommend this place to all my friends.

This condo is centrally located, has wonderful amenities and some of the best photo inspiring views from the balcony in Palm Springs. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay there. The condo was very clean and neat with all supplies and appliances we needed. An added bonus was the user friendly help of the owners. They were very friendly and easy to work with. They gave us tips on where to go for good food, places to visit and ideas of how the make our vacation memorable. We highly recommend this rental!

We had a great time staying in this unit, it has it all, comfortable and very clean layout of the unit was great for two people or four, a great view, the owners answered all questions in a timely manner and were knowledgeable about the area. We would stay there again for sure.
