You'll enjoy the luxury amenities in our home. Each bedroom has a new Simmons king bed. Luxury linens are supplied for your stay. The master bedroom has an air purifier. We use allergy filters for the AC, which is reverse cycle and provides heat if needed.
The bathrooms have designer porcelain tile, floor to ceiling. New fixtures and designer vanities in both bathrooms. The master bath shower has adjustable body sprays and a clear glass floor to ceiling enclosure. The guest bath has a Jacuzzi heated tub.
The living room has a 47" flat screen TV, leather sofa. The Florida room has two leather sofas and a desk for your laptop. Both rooms open out to the pool.
The kitchen is new, furnished with everything you could possibly want. It's all upscale for gourmet cooking, if you're so inclined.
The new Miami Dade approved windows make the house extra quiet.
Cape Coral is a fantastic place to spend vacation time. Besides being a boater's paradise, it's great for riding bicycles. Almost all the streets have bike lanes. You can take a quick ride to downtown Cape Coral for shopping and dining. It's also a short ride to the Yacht Club marina, restaurant, pool, beach, and pier.
There are several farmer's markets in the area where you can buy local produce. Star fruit, mango, exotic bananas. Yummy!
Enjoy area art festivals in the winter season.
Octoberfest at the German American Social Club is always fun.
Sanibel, Captiva, Matlacha, and Pine Island are fun to explore. Art galleries, fishing, freshest seafood dining.
Please note we can't guarantee the safety of your child, as our home is not child proofed. There is no pool fence, and the canal is accessible.

New water pipes, including waste pipes. New wiring. Smoke detectors in the kitchen and bedrooms. Monitored burglar and fire alarm. Body sprays in master shower; Jacuzzi tub in guest bath. Air filter in master bedroom. Water filter in kitchen. New GE Profile and Bosch appliances and water heater. Everything you need for a very comfortable stay. I'm the designer. Comfort and an aesthetically pleasing environment make living here a pleasure.

We live in Miami Beach and bought this house to enjoy the true South Florida boating lifestyle - part time. Marinas are disappearing left and right in Miami, as developers buy the land for condo development. Finding affordable boat storage is next to impossible. We were fortunate to be able to buy this house. Our location is central and convenient to everywhere. We're very close to shopping, recreational facilities, medical care, and restaurants. The Yacht Club area is an established, very safe neighborhood. It's close to Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Minutes to Ft. Myers. 30 minutes to Naples. 2 1/2 hrs. to Disney World; 2 1/2 hrs. to Miami Beach.
The Unique Benefits of this Single Family Home
You can imagine how beautiful the winter weather is in S. Florida. Our mostly warm days are crystal clear, blue sky gorgeous. You can open up the house to the pool and water; put your Ipod on the base; barbeque some fresh fish; and knock back a couple of beers. It's really hard to leave the house when you've got that going on. If you do go out, you can get stone crabs in season at The Twisted Conch for $20--an amazing value. Take a ride to The Sanibel Marina to Gramma Dot's and enjoy the best grouper sandwich anywhere. Check out the dolphins feeding at the lighthouse on Sanibel Island when it's close to sunset. Going out on the boat is wonderful anytime.
