Our "Topsail at the Beach" was newly built in 2009 and offers INCREDIBLE beachfront views! We own the oceanfront lot directly in front of us, ensuring that your views of the ocean are UNOBSTRUCTED. Our private walkway provides easy access to the beach. "Topsail at the Beach" features 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms, 3 gorgeous full baths, a dream kitchen, and immaculate living and dining areas with amazing oceanfront views! The spacious master suite takes up HALF of the first floor, and connects to the oceanfront, lower deck. Enjoy the ocean from your king-sized bed, or watch the flat panel TV, mounted above the gas fireplace. Two master closets provide plenty of room for storage and lead the way to the gorgeous master bathroom. A spacious separate shower alcove offers dual shower heads, while a jetted whirlpool bath can be enjoyed by candlelight. TWO marble vanities, a separate water closet and extensive tile and woodwork provide the beauty, room and privacy you would expect in a luxury accommodation.
A hallway separates the master suite from the other wing of the first floor and contains a front loading washer and dryer, and an alcove stocked with children's games and books for entire family enjoyment!
The 2nd bedroom on this level has an oceanfront deck with stunning ocean views! A queen-sized bed and flat panel TV provide a wonderful retreat after a full day on the beach. This bedroom shares a beautiful Jack and Jill full bathroom, with double vanity that is separate from the water closet/shower/bath area. The tile and woodwork in the bathroom is remarkable! Connecting to the bathroom on the other side is the "bunk room", with two sets of bunks (four twin beds) and a flat panel TV with DVD movie player for the kids. This arrangement provides a perfect connection to the kids, but with ample separation for everyone's privacy.
Another bedroom is located on the main level, providing views of the Sound and ocean, and featuring a luxurious king bed with flat screen TV. The remaining bath (across from bedroom) continues the theme of incredible craftmanship with the same quality of tile, woodwork and gorgeous fixtures as found throughout the rest of the home. This bedroom is a perfect place for grandparents to call "home" while vacationing with their grown children and grandchildren.
With granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and upgraded cabinetry, you will find the kitchen hard to leave! All of the dishes and cooking utensils necessary for preparing that perfect meal is provided for you. NO detail has been left out in this dream kitchen!
The dining area, which connects to the kitchen, offers SPECTACULAR ocean views! Step onto the deck to enjoy a cup of coffee in the still of the morning. The sound of the waves lapping the sand, the stars fading as the sun begins to rise....it is just one of the most beautiful moments you will have while you are here! We look forward to our mornings, where we are greeted by a glorious sunrise. It is wonderful to watch the fishing boats go out in the morning; and if you really watch, you will notice that the dolphins aren't far behind them!
The upstairs deck is also a terrific place to star-gaze (we saw two shooting stars in one night!). Be sure to enjoy the cool of the evening from the warmth of the hot-tub... a bedtime ritual you will hate to leave behind with vacation!
The living room has two sofas (1 with queen sleeper) and a recliner. A flat screen TV with surround sound, HD DVR and DVD player is flanked by built-in bookcases that house a childrens' movie library. A gas fireplace completes the comfort of this room. Stunning views of the ocean can be seen from every angle in the kitchen/ dining/ living area of our home.
The custom woodwork throughout the house includes tongue-n-groove wood ceilings in every room. Custom wood beams on the main level enhance the uniqueness of this wonderful home. All flooring throughout is solid oak and tile. Ceiling fans are enjoyed in each bedroom and living room. The craftsmanship in this home is second to none; you will be hard pressed to find a more beautifully built home on Topsail.
Outside, two paved driveways with two covered carports provide ample parking. For your convenience, there is a private outdoor shower with hot/cold water. A built in bench, shower caddy, mirror and towel hooks provide all you need to wash away the sand and sunscreen from a day at the beach! We have also added a new private swimming pool and outside bathroom for your convenience.
Recreation opportunities abound in Topsail, whether you like to kayak, surf, fish, jet ski, parasail, bike, run or golf (Coastal Carolina's only four-star golf course, "North Shore Golf and Ocean Club" is close by), it's all here! Also, you may want to try a couple of our favorite places to eat: New York Deli for the best omelets, great coffee and superb sandwiches/salads, Max's Pizza for great Italian....as well as Sears Landing, Riverview Cafe and The Breezeway Seafood Restaurant for fresh seafood.

We chose Topsail Island for many reasons. The small-town atmosphere and beautiful, uncrowded beaches are remarkable. The Sound views and gorgeous sunrises can't be beat. An immediate sense of serenity is felt when we are here. Amazingly, Topsail is still a well-kept secret. We feel blessed to be a part of this wonderful community. The people are so friendly and welcoming, reminding us of beach villages from times past.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We are blessed to enjoy the incredible ocean views that owning the oceanfront lot in front of us allows. Mornings on the deck are spectacular as we enjoy drinking coffee and watching the fishing boats go out to sea. The sun rising across the water, and the birds and dolphins at play are such a joy to watch. We enjoy surf fishing, quiet walks on the beach and visits to the pier. The waves provide consistent fun for boarding and the Sound and inter-coastal waterways are great for boat rides and water sports. And, of course, we can't leave the beach without building a sprawling sand castle! My husband and I were looking for a spot on the beach near Camp Lejeune so that we could see our son come home from Afghanistan. We were thrilled with how beautiful and comfortable this home was! The master bedroom was fantastic, including the fireplace, deck and master bath. Very relaxing. The rest of the home was great as well. We cooked a welcome home dinner for our son of local shrimp and crab legs...the gourmet kitchen had wonderful dishes, bowls, pots...and even claw crackers! Every detail in the home was like this. A quick walk over the stairs to the beautiful beach was enjoyed every day. Loved watching the birds and listening to the waves...even had a chance to see a dolphin one day. Hoping we get to go back again very soon. Thanks so much for making our time extra special.

We were so happy to find this beautiful home for our first Topsail vacation! The description & photos are accurate, but you can't imaging how great it is until you get here. Beds are comfy, water is always hot and the view is beautiful. Steve was very quick to answer any questions and always friendly. During our stay it was like we had our own private beach. It was non-crowded and peacefully quiet. Honestly, we had noone within at least 100 yards of us. The outside shower was a great way to clean up after spending a day at the beach. The pool was enjoyable for all, even the little ones who couldn't swim. After months of searching we were so glad we found this one. We would recommed it to all and can't wait to return! Many thanks to Steve and his family for sharing their tropical paradise!

We enjoyed this house very much. It was great getting together with my three girl, their husbands and babies because we live in PA and they live in MD. The pool was a great addition because the ocean can be a little rough for children under 3. We never felt crowded in the house because of the large decks so we never had everyone in the house at once. There was every gadget we needed in the kitchen, the whole house was over the top. I am so glad we found this house. My daughter in law works for one of the rental places and on the island and she said they don't have any houses that can compare with this one.

Our family and friends spent a long weekend at this fabulous beach house! Steve, the owner, was fabulous and answered questions almost instantly. He even made sure we would have a grill and a full bag of charcoal at the last minute so that we could cook some delicious steaks and clams on! The house had gorgeous views, plenty of room to spread out, and excellent amenities. Beds were comfy, water was always hot, kitchen was fully stocked, and the hot tub was outstanding. This house made our first Topsail getaway a weekend to remember!

Everything about this house was as advertised, if not slightly better. We spent a week -- four adults, four kids, and enjoyed it. The kitchen is high quality and handled our daily use just fine, even with more than one cook. The access to the beach was great, the outside shower had hot water, and the jacuzzi was always ready. :)

We loved our week long stay at your beautiful beach house. It is rare to find a "2nd row" home that is truly OCEAN FRONT. The views were amazing. You can even see the ocean from the bedrooms on the first floor. The kitchen was so well stocked. We usually bring our own steamer, but that was supplied along with every other kitchen item we needed - including a crock-pot. The weather was beautiful and the fishing was great too. We caught something every day. Owners were very attentive to details and the needs of the renters. I feel very comfortable in recommending this home to others. We loved everything about it.

We had a fantastic time in Topsail. We were looking for an area that had beautiful beaches, great fishing and very few people and we found it. Every room in the house was beautiful and very clean...the ocean views were amazing, complete with viewings of dolphins and shrimp boats. We loved to sit out on the deck in the early mornings watching for dolphins. I loved that we dealt directly with the owner, who was extremely helpful and made everything simple. If you're planning a trip to Topsail, I would definitely recommend this home, we were pleased with everything.

This home fits EVERYTHING you would be looking for when selecting a vacation rental. I am quite picky about where I stay and try to find a place that makes my stay very relaxing. The home is very clean, well maintained and has a great gourment kitchen, that my son a chef loved cooking in, while we all enjoyed the beautiful ocean views outside windows. The owner's where very easy to work with and made the transaction simple and effortless. I would recommend this home to anyone and honestly my family has always said I sould be hired for reviews of places to stay because I put so much work unto where we stay, which completes the trip. Thank you for such a great week and we will see you in the future. Oh, also LOVE that we did not have to keep up with keys, there was alot of thought put into the place.

This is the best home we have stayed in over the past six years coming to Topsail Beach. The house has every amenity that you could want! We had a very relaxing week playing on the beach, soaking in the hot tub, and cooking big family meals in the gourmet kitchen. The view of the ocean is spectacular from the top deck. We would recommend this house to anyone. Thanks for sharing your home with us for our summer vacation.

Have vacationed on the beach from Cape Cod to St. George Island, and this was - by far - the most beautifully-appointed house I've experienced. Great location just off quiet beach, few minor problems (e.g. internet connection, gas for grill) fixed quickly and courteously by owner. Would definitely return to the area, and to this house.
