This lovely two level beach home was just completely remodeled. Everything is brand new!!! Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, etc!!!!! The home is adorned with hardwood floors, ceramic tile floors, Carpets downstairs. This is a reverse floor plan. The master bedroom is upstairs, which has open beam ceilings, a full bathroom with a shower and tub enclosure, and mirrored closet doors. The kitchen and living room with a fireplace are also upstairs with a great balcony/deck. Downstairs you will find two bedrooms with a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a double futon bed and bunk beds, which sleeps 4. Both have nice size closets.
The yard has an outside shower, a patio which includes a couch, table and chairs. The gas BBQ is also here. The backyard has a tropical feel with many beautiful plants and trees. Rio Del Mar Beach is one short block away. You can walk there in 2 minutes !!! Cafe Rio is a fantastic restaurant right on the beach. There is a bar next door to the restaurant There are also two convenient stores, one with a deli. Seacliff State Beach is 2 minute drive from the home, as is the shopping center which houses a Safeway, several shops, a movie theatre, and a lot of other restaurants and fast food establishments. It is 5 minutes to Capitola Beach. The Boardwalk and Yacht Harbor are about a 10 minute drive from the home.

Memorable Moments at the Beach!

Two families came together to participate in the Wharf to Wharf Race in Santa Cruz to Capitola at the end of July. We couldn't have had a more perfect place to stay. The house is so clean, very well maintained, and comfortable. We had plenty of room and everything we needed. There were plenty of things for the kids to do. Our kids were especially excited about the movie, book, toy collection available to them after a day at the beach. We definitely felt like it was a home away from home. And with such a close proximity to the beach, everyone was happy, especially for the beach fires and fireworks that we were able to experience during our stay. The owner was the perfect host and very professional, as well as wonderful to work with. We had a wonderful time and we look forward to returning as soon as we can. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.
