This Penthouse is an upgraded End Unit on the Top Floor (18th) with tile flooring, granite tops, with a full kitchen, dining room and living room. It is a four bedroom unit with three baths. The Master bedroom has its own sliding door entrance to the balcony that looks out to the sandy beach and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Within the Master suite we have the Master bath with wheelchair, handicap accessibility to the shower. Also there is a bathtub with water jets, and a long granite top with two separate sinks. There is plenty of storage in the bathroom, along with two closets in the Master Bedroom for a his and hers closet. Both Second and Third bedrooms have two Queen sized beds. The Fourth bedroom has two Twin sized beds. Two bedrooms, one with the Queen beds and one with the Twins have a Jack and Jill access to the bathroom. The other bathroom has a hall entrance.
The Unit has TV's in all of the bedrooms along with a TV in the Living Room. There is a sliding glass door entrance in the living room to the Balcony. Outdoor chairs and table are located on the Balcony to enjoy the spectacular Views. Depending on the time of year there are a variety of fish to watch including migration of the whales. It is impossible to explain fully the spectacular views, starting with the sunrise and ending with the sunsets. Because we are located right on the beach, the ocean breeze makes sitting on our Balcony a restful and relaxing experience. I guess you have to stay here to fully understand what we are trying to portray.
The privacy of being on the top floor end unit is one of the many pluses to this property. We are just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Myrtle Beach yet close enough to all of the attractions, and famous restaurants on restaurant row.
