Come and play in Winter Park! We have a beautiful 3BR/3.5BA home that is perfect for one or two families, comfortably sleeping 10. At our cabin, you will enjoy the luxuries of home including fine furnishings, comfy beds, nice linens, a well-stocked kitchen, private hot tub,new gas grill, washer/dryer, brand-new flat-screen TV, heated garage, and plenty of space to spread out. We have kids games, toys, books, portable crib, and high chair. Our home offers breathtaking mountain views from our deck and hot tub, where you can unwind after a full day outdoors. You will be five minutes away from world class skiing / snowboarding at Winter Park/Mary Jane Ski Resort. There is even a private community shuttle service directly to/from the ski resort during ski season on weekends, if you do not want to drive the 5 minutes. In the summertime, take advantage of our community's stocked fishing pond and hiking trails in our backyard. There is an abundance of bike paths, golf courses, and water activities all throughout the Fraser Valley. We welcome you to come and enjoy our mountain home. We are now Pet Friendly too!

Why the Owner Chose Rendezvous
Winter Park is a great diverse and family mountain. It is easier to get to than the mountains off I70. Less traffic since you don't have to go through the Eisenhower Tunnel. It has a more laid back atmosphere but they have redone the town to be similar to that of Keystone. Also they widened Berthoud Pass which makes for less traffic.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Kids have land to explore and play outside. The house is on a flat dead end so in the summer they can also play in the street- scooter, throw a football etc. It is up high and has amazing views. The neighborhood has a lot of ammenities exclusive to Rendezvous. And, it is only 8 minutes from the mountain.
