The Dunes is located in exclusive Naples, Florida. These luxurious condos are located on the protected turtle preserve of Wiggins Pass State Park, which is rated as one of the top ten beaches in the whole United States. The location just can't be beat. Whether you want to stay on property and enjoy all The Dunes has to offer, or venture out, everything you need and want is within a short walk or drive. Our unit is located in the closest building to the beach walk. Just walk through the gate at the bottom of the building and you're on your way to the beach and whatever beauty if offers on that particular day. Did I mention the views?
Our particular condo is located on the 9th floor with the preferred 04 floor plan unit. Enjoy sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico from north to south from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom as well as the large lanai with comfortable outdoor living room furniture. Why the Owner Chose The Dunes
We bought in Naples because of it's close proximity to the airport- 30 minutes-and of course the beauty of the area. We love the calm, blue waters and the white sand beaches. We love our home because of the full gulf views that stretch from south to north and are visible from our large living room wall of windows and the extra large window in the master bedroom. Cooking in the kitchen is not so bad with a view like ours! PICTURES DO NOT DO JUSTICE TO THE SWEEPING GULF VIEW!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Things we love about the Dunes: The short walk to the beach-we sometimes walk down several times in one day. The private building pool with showers and bathrooms-very private. The resort style pool with waterfalls and mini grottos with benches to sit behind the waterfall and enjoy our cool drink from the tiki bar. The gym's top notch equipment. The tennis facility is amazing with pro shop and instructors.
Owner's Map of The Dunes
My husband is a marketing director for a Fortune 100 Company. I am a registered nurse, specializing in neonatal intensive care as well as a published children's book author. We're both former college athletes so we love the tennis and gym facilities. We've been looking for properties for over 5 years in the Colorado ski resort towns until a visit to a friends wedding here in 2008. At that point, we fell in love with Naples and the beautiful, calm blue waters and the white sandy beaches. Did I mention the Dolphins? We then geared our search towards Naples and settled definitively on The Dunes. We love the property and it's amenities. We chose the closest building to the beach which also happens to be a quick walk across the small parking lot to the resort pool, gym, tennis courts, restaurant and our favorite, the poolside tiki bar! Everything is so convenient from the Dunes. Our view is spectacular and we can't seem to stop taking pictures every day! Definitely a change from the Overland Park KS home we reside in full time .
