This property used to be my primary residence for approximately one year. The house is fully furnished, clean and very comfortable. Not your typical vacation or river home. This home is the largest model in the community, near the golf course, at the front entrance of the community and has a river view.
This was one of the first homes built in the community so I was able to pick the lot based on a river view which none of the second row homes have. Our front row river neighbors are friendly and allow us access thru their property to reach the water.
House has full sized inside washer and dryer. The house is fully stocked with linens and towels. Satellite Big screen T.V. with leather sectional and double lazy boy along with a lazy boy leather chair. Small TV in the master bedroom.
This home is perfect for any family who can appreciate a nice home for their family vacation. The community is quiet and well kept. The golf course is only a two minute walk. I even have an old golf cart that can be used for driving around the community or to the golf course, but course rules prevent from being able to use it on the golf course.

I am 40 years old and have two daughters. We are River Rats! We go as often as our schedules allow. I am a mortgage broker and realtor and I have decided to rent my home this summer to try and offset some expenses.
Why the Owner Chose Needles
I bought this home as my family (when we were a family) loved the river and boating. My girls and myself still go at least a couple times per month during the summer months.
The Unique Benefits of this House
I enjoy the family time as it really brings my daughters and I very close. I also enjoy the friends we have made while owning in this community.
