The condo was exactly as described, with lots of great things not mentioned! The TVs are Sony Vizios with tons of channels and in the bedroom, we were able to get our Netflix and Hulu+ services to watch movies. There is WiFi that worked great for all our needs. There is a washer/dryer which we used every day so we had only a small bag of laundry when we got home after a week's stay. The washer & dryer are HE front loaders and in great condition. We spent most of our time in Dunedin with our family, but enjoyed the time we were in the condo. Parking is ample and we were able to park right next to the unit every time. I would definitely stay here again. On the recommendation of other travelers, we visited Mugs (easy walk) and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is VERY reasonably priced and has great service, food and drinks.

We just returned from a fabulous week in Clearwater! The condo had absolutely everything that we needed such as wireless internet, washer/dryer, free local and long distance phone service, luxurious bath towels, beach chairs, towels and other beach apparatus. In addition, it was exceptionally clean. Also, the condo is in a gated complex which made us feel very secure during our stay. It is in an ideal location as it is close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, and shopping centers. The owners were fantastic to deal with and were there to answer any questions that we had. It was truly a home away from home!! We strongly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the area!

This cono truly is a home from home. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay including beach chairs and towels - a real bonus. We will definately use this condo again when we return to Clearwater.

Nice Condo ... Great Stay

We just returned from a 6 night stay at this condo in Clearwater. Our stay included a little business and some vacationing fun as well. Condo was exceptionally clean & well equipped. The condo is in a gated complex and was very peaceful and quiet. The location was nice as well. It is located directly across the street from a grocery store & is close to other shopping and restaurants. We were not familiar with the area so it was helpful that the condo was located near major roads and streets which helped you get around easily. Oh and did I mention just a short car ride through downtown and you are crossing over a bridge to the beach?!? Overall met all of our needs. The only negative thing I can say is that we had to come home!

Another Excellent Stay!

This was our second time here and it was just as good as the first. We had everything we needed and the place was immaculate. The owners have been nothing but fantastic to deal with. You can expect to find the place exactly as described. Our travel day was full of cancellations and delays and we got in much later than expected but we were so warmly greeted by the person who lets you in and gives you the key that it helped to make the end of a very long day more bearable. We are planning to go to Clearwater again next year and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else!

Fantastic apartment

The apartment was a great choice for a stay in the Clearwater area. Clean, comfortable and well located. The owners had ensured that the apartment was fitted out with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay - this was very much appreciated and just made for an easy, comfortable holiday. The owners appear to be very nice people also which made it an absolute pleasure to rent from them. Would definitely return.

We spent five weeks in this beautiful well kept condo. It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location was great, close to supermarkets, excellent restaurants, shopping centres and beaches. We felt very safe in this gated community. We loved the pool and the fully equipped gym and we meet some wonderful people there. We would not hesitate recommending this condo to our friends. We are looking forward to returning again in 2013. Thanks Cavell and Rudy for checking in on us on the first day we arrived to ensure that everything was ok. Thanks too, for the tourist information provided at the condo, we found this very helpful in planning our daily activities.

Fantastic Clearwater Condo

My husband and I traveled to Clearwater to visit family over the holidays and we stayed here. The condo was clean, safe and had everything we needed for a great stay. A few of my brothers stayed with us for a few days, and we had plenty of room for everyone to sleep; also,there was more than enough supplies - bedding, linens and towels - to support the guests. It was not only a far better place to stay than any area hotel, it was also offered at a better price! The amenties and location were great, and I recommend this condo to anyone visiting the area! In fact, I cannot wait to stay there again on my next visit.

The following comment was sent to me in an email: Comments: We just spent a week in this condo. We served Christmas turkey dinner to 9 people, and found the kitchen well equipped for this huge task. We made many trips to Countryside Mall, Clearwater Beach, and Indian Rocks Beach, and coming back to the condo was always like coming home. Grocery and other big box stores were convenient. Within the condo unit itself, the laundry duo served us well and frequently, and bed was comfortable. Phones and TVs were reliable The condo was generally quiet.

The condo was exactly as described in the vrbo listing. It worked out perfectly for us as a convenient location between Dunedin/Tarpon Springs and the beach at Clearwater. We had our 17 month old with us, and with just a few minor adjustments, the condo was child proof. The pool area was beautiful and spacious, and rarely was there more than one other person/couple there, so we often had it to ourselves. We would have liked the pool to be heated higher, but that was our only minor complaint. Overall this condo was like "new" and is highly recommended by this KY couple.
