  Everything you read in the reviews is true, so I won't say the say the same things over again. This is truly home away from home...so relaxing, peaceful, and lovely. I would go back here for sure. The wireless router was not working when I got there and the owners sent a new by overnight FedEx from Canada! I was still able to use the internet and didn't have to have the wireless, but they wanted to make sure it was there not only for me but any new tenants. They really do bend over backwards for you!! You won't have to worry about a thing when dealing with Cavell and Rudy. Great people...if only there were more people like them in this world. Like the others, I treated their condo like it were my own. For the price, you CANNOT beat it!

  Everything in this condo was just great. It looks even better than in the pictures and everything is very clean, right down to the dishes that look like new. The wireless internet and free long distance calling was a major plus that a lot of other condos don't have. The owners are great to work with and will bend over backwards to accommodate you. They will do more than they have to for their guests. It almost seems like we're friends in dealing with them. If you have a problem with these owners then you must be someone who can't follow the rules or are difficult to get along with in the first place. Our damage deposit was returned promptly and we looked after the unit like it was our own. We met many nice people down there and after visiting some of them I can say that this condo is one of, it not the, best looking and best equipped condos here. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to the best of friends. I don't think you can find a nicer place for what they charge. Next year we're going to try South Padre Island, otherwise we would have booked this place already for next year. And to top it all off the weather was beautiful almost every day and back in Winnipeg they had one of the coldest, snowiest months we've had in a long time. So we enjoyed it even more here.   We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The owners were friendly and very helpful. The condo was sparkling clean when we arrived and very well equipped. It had everything that we needed. It appeared just like the photos on the site. We had our two children with us and found that we had plenty of room. We all enjoyed the pool, it was nicely sheltered from the wind on the days that the beach was just a bit too cool. I would highly recommend this condo. Our primary destination was the Clearwater Marine Aquarium and the Clearwater Beach. It was just a short drive away. We hope to return to the area again to visit and hope to stay in the condo again.   We have just arrived back and are missing the condo! It is clean, modern, well maintained and excellently equipped with all you could need. The grounds are lovely and we enjoyed relaxing by the great pool when not at the beach and sightseeing. Other residents were friendly and considerate. The owners Cavell & Rudy were very professional, polite & helpful, even checking on our arrival day that all was okay and our deposit check was returned in days - even before we had time to shake off our jet lag! There are shops close by e.g. Publix for groceries and Beals for other items - other malls were a very short drive away - as was the lovely Clearwater Beach. We'd recommend a dolphin tour, which was lovely and if you're into books of any genre - Haslam's Bookstore in St Pete's, which has an amazing selection. Crabby Bills was great for seafood. Thank you Cavell & Rudy for being so considerate,thoughtful in your perception of renters needs and for sharing your apartment with us. It really made our vacation special. We have already recommended it to all who have asked and will continue to do so.

  My husband, daughter and I just recently stayed at this condo. It was great! Very well maintained and photos truly reflect the property. Everything you need for your 'home away from home' could be found here. Cavell was great to work with and the housekeeper was there to meet us and show us where everything was. We loved the pool and the gym on the property. We would definitely stay here again!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

  My husband and I spent our 25th wedding anniversary at Cavell and Rudy's condo. This was our second time to stay with Cavell and Rudy. They are absolutely wonderful to work with. They have everything you need in this condo. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. Close to grocery, wal-mart, restaurants(Mug's is great), and anything you could possibly need. The pool and club house are nice and clean and so enjoyable. Not to meation this condo is just a very few minutes from the beach. We would definitely recommend this condo to others. The owners were as always so helpful in every way. We spent a week there and the week went way to fast. We hope to return again. Thanks again Cavell and Rudy.

  We have returned from a one month stay at this unit in April 2012. We were delighted about everything with this unit. It met all of our needs, our expectations and more. The condo had all the amenities a couple would want and it was very clean and well decorated. The pool and pool area are absolutely marvellous. This condo is extremely well located with access to the beach in 7 minutes. There is easy access to several malls, stores, restaurants, parks and other attractions. There is a grocery store, a liquor store and several other establishments within walking distance of the condo. We will definitely be returning to this condo. We will highly recommend this unit to others. The owners are absolutely amazing.

  The condo is clean, well appointed, and shows pride of ownership. Cavell is a delight to deal with; very cooperative and helpful. You won't find a better owner. The location of the condo is excellent -- close to Clearwater Beach, Dunedin, and Honeymoon Island. I wouldn't hesitate to rent any property owned by Cavell. Ben

  The condo was exactly as described, with lots of great things not mentioned! The TVs are Sony Vizios with tons of channels and in the bedroom, we were able to get our Netflix and Hulu+ services to watch movies. There is WiFi that worked great for all our needs. There is a washer/dryer which we used every day so we had only a small bag of laundry when we got home after a week's stay. The washer & dryer are HE front loaders and in great condition. We spent most of our time in Dunedin with our family, but enjoyed the time we were in the condo. Parking is ample and we were able to park right next to the unit every time. I would definitely stay here again. On the recommendation of other travelers, we visited Mugs (easy walk) and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is VERY reasonably priced and has great service, food and drinks.

  We just returned from a fabulous week in Clearwater! The condo had absolutely everything that we needed such as wireless internet, washer/dryer, free local and long distance phone service, luxurious bath towels, beach chairs, towels and other beach apparatus. In addition, it was exceptionally clean. Also, the condo is in a gated complex which made us feel very secure during our stay. It is in an ideal location as it is close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, and shopping centers. The owners were fantastic to deal with and were there to answer any questions that we had. It was truly a home away from home!! We strongly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the area!
