Watch the sunrise from a romantic swing on the ground level or sunbathe while enjoying the sunset from the deck above. This spacious beach rental has a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and stocked for all your cooking needs. Enjoy your meals in the cozy dining room overlooking the beach or on the large deck outside. The den has a large TV equipped with sat/DVD and two full sized couches for lounging with windows that overlook the beautiful gulf of Mexico. One of the couches opens to a full size bed for added sleeping. The first floor also includes two bedrooms with a full bath. The second bedroom can be used as additional sitting area to enjoy some privacy.
The upstairs has two bedrooms. The master has a king size bed with SAT/TV and a private full bath. A sitting area outside the master bedroom includes bunk beds conveniently located. The other bedroom has twin beds with access to the upstairs hall bathroom. A large deck off the master bedroom has gorgeous views of the beach. Seating is available on all of the porches.
Underneath the house you will enjoy swinging and the best part of this area is the outside shower with hot and cold water.
We require a deposit to hold your dates and the balance is due 30 days before check in. Our refund policy requires a 60 day notice to not forfeit your deposit and is up to the discretion of the owner.

Having entertained family and friends and knowing how much they enjoyed the beach, we decided to share our home with others.
