Beautiful home located in Angola By The Bay, gated community, perfect for two families. We built this house in 2004 and are original owners. Located near Rehoboth Beach, Lewes Delaware and Dewey Beach. Bring your Boat or Waverunner; access to community boat ramp is available,cross Rehoboth Bay to Dewey Beach. It is a short drive to Henlopen State Park for easy access to the beach or surf fishing. Also, a short drive to Rehoboth beach, a clean quaint beach town with many restaurants, shops and a beautiful boardwalk. The Rehoboth/Lewes area is a year round vacation spot and most shops and restaurants are open all year. This is a quiet relaxing retreat with many activities in all seasons. Angola By The Bay is a wooded neighborhood with a community pool and tennis courts, walking trails and many streets for long walks, jogging or biking (4 adult bikes, 4 kids bikes included). Off street parking for four vehicles.
First floor of house includes the following: A great room with leather sofa, loveseat, chair and a 50" Plasma TV with DVD, Large full kitchen and dining area, bedroom/kid's den has bunk bed with double bottom and single top, 27" TV and DVD/VCR, full bath/laundry.
Second floor features: Two King bed master suites with full baths and 27" TV's, DVD players, one queen room with 27" TV, One room with two sets of single bunk beds and a full hall bath. Enjoy quiet relaxation on the front porch.
Weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday.

Year Purchased: 2004
Two families with children own this home. We have enjoyed this home for the past five years but with kid's involved in sports and off to college we find less time to use the house and are offering our home for rent.
Why the Owner Chose Lewes
We love the Rehoboth area because of the many activities to be enjoyed. From boating, fishing or just relaxing on the bay to visiting beaches or the shops and many restaurants offered in Lewes, Rehoboth, Dewey beach areas. We love the area in the off-season as well as the summer. Not to mention all the tax free outlet shopping along route 1 just outside of Rehoboth Beach.
The Unique Benefits of this House
When you are a guest in Delaware you'll have hundreds of miles of nature trails, at your doorstep, at Delaware's 14 state parks. The northern Atlantic coast, Cape Henlopen State Park features hiking and bicycling trails, a swimming beach and a fishing pier. While vacationing in Delaware you can enjoy pier fishing, surf fishing, and deep-sea fishing. Delaware Bay, Indian River Inlet, and Rehoboth Bay are popular fishing spots.

We stayed at this property last week, and it was fabulous!! The owners have thought of everything and it is an absolutely beautiful home. It is a short drive to all the beaches and shopping, and there is even a marina right in the area for those with boats. We definitely recommend this home and have already been talking about when we can do another week vacation in Lewes!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This was our families finest vacation by far. It's amenities were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool as much as the closenest of the beautiful Del. beaches The shopping and entertainment were all within easy, short driving distance. The house itself was well maintained with many comfort features enjoyed by all.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
