Melissa, Thank you so much for accommodating our last minute request! The condo is lovely. Waking up to a wall of windows glowing with autumn color was fabulous! I can only imagine how great it must be to come here after a day of snowboarding to relax by the fire with a mug of hot spiced cider :) Next time we head north, I hope to stay here again! Melissa, WOW!! The hospitality and serenity of your home is unparalleled. we are from the Pittsburgh, PA area and venture to the Southwest every September to participate in a mission trip our church sponsors. This year we decided to take some time for us "first" God certainly directed our path!! We had a wonderful time experiencing Pagosa Springs the first 2 full days we were here. The Pagosa Baking Company, Kip's Alley House…MMmmmmmgood!! Enjoyed talking to the shop owners across the street and the Collage Museum tour. Melissa, *Great location, nice deck, comfortable condo. *"Kips" down the street had great food and entertainment on their patio. *Great Hiking….hiking in 4 miles to Rainbow Hot Springs was a must! Why the Owner Chose Pagosa Springs:
Pagosa Springs is located in a part of Colorado that is not only located in a beautiful part of the state but is surrounded by outdoor activities of all kinds. The proximity of Wolf Creek Ski Area was my main attraction to the area. Wolf Creek not only gets the best quality of snow in Colorado but is also open longer that other areas usually are. The proximity of the Pagosa Hot Springs, which is within walking distance, was also a key selling point. How could you beat a day on the slopes followed by a soak in a natural hot springs. The area just has so much to offer!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
This property is not only considerably more private that any hotel/motel, it also feels like more of a home. The convenient downtown location features several fantastic restaurants which are within walking distance as well as the Hot Springs and even a movie theatre. There is a full kitchen for those who are on special diets or simply prefer to prepare their own meals to save money. The washer/dryer is also a convenient touch for any vacationer!
