This is a unique Spanish style home that sits across the road to easy beach access. Just a short walk out the back gate and you are there. It is private, with a fenced in back yard to accommodate most pets. A fifty foot lap pool will get you all the exercise you need, but if it doesn't we also have a private workout room. This home has a large kitchen that was newly renovated. It has 2 living rooms with cable TV so the group doesn't all have to watch the same thing. The king-size bedroom is upstairs away from the rest of the house. The owner lives in a studio apartment upstairs that is isolated from the rest of the house, he is a pilot and rarely there.

Property owner is a helicopter pilot for R&R Conner Aviation and has appeared on the TV series, the Axmen. He has lived at the house since it was purchased in 2003. The house was newly renovated.
Why the Owner Chose Indialantic
Owner decided to convert upstairs to a studio apartment and rent out the remainder of the large house as a vacation rental after his divorce. He is a helicopter pilot and rarely there. The apartment has a separate entrance.

This is a very relaxing home. It is very private while being close to everything. A convenient store is less than a 1 minute walk away. The beach is a 3 minute walk with one of the lest known, best surf spots on the space coast. Everything else is less than a 10 minute drive away. It is a friendly little surf town with everything you need for the perfect vacation.
