Great accomodations. The condo was great with a nice floorplan. A wonderful family resort for first time skiiers, childrens ski instructers were great. Excellent dining nearby. Would definenitly recommend. HUDSON, WIS.

Our family had a great time staying at the condo! It was so roomy and in a quiet location. Loved being that close to the Sol Vista ski resort. Hope we can enjoy it again!

...could not have been better! The condo was perfect. We loved the location. We rafted the Colorado River and Clear Creek. We were so glad to be staying on the western side of the park...too many people and traffic on the eastern side. We loved just spending days in the park. We loved one of the ice cream shops in Grand Lake..we visited it several times. We hiked and rode the ski lift. My husband and boys climbed one of the mountains right outside the condo and were greeted by deer. We saw so much wildlife including a nice bull moose and many elk. We loved the peace and quiet of Granby. The information sheet you send was so helpful! Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us. We are hoping to come back for a ski trip!

We stayed at the condo in the summer and really enjoyed the area. Granby is the perfect spot to stay close to everything! The condo was situated perfectly between the towns of Winter Park and Grand Lake and it was nice access to the Rocky Mountain National Park. There are a million fun things to do (Rafting, horse back riding, atv riding, etc) close to the condo. The view from the hot tub was excellent and there was plenty of comfortable seating in the condo. The owner was super helpful and arranged for us to have a baby gate and other items available. If you are going for skiing the lifts are just outside the condo! I would recommend this place to anyone, especially since the owner was so great to work with!

View was great. Close to Sol Vista. Biggest plus: this condo had LOTS of space. The photos are accurate but really don't do it justice as far as how big the condo is. Condo owner was very helpful with tips via email. We enjoyed the skiing at Sol Vista and also went to Winter Park for one afternoon and did a guided snowmobile ride--great fun!

This condo was very nice, clean and the best deal I found! You can enjoy the fantastic views from the cozy living room, or while soaking in the hot tub. We found it to be too much effort to actually "ski in/out" from the condo, but rather drove the short distance (just down the hill) to the basin. Sol Vista was great for our family. I highly recommend ski school and/or lessons for the kids and adults. Everyone we encountered was super friendly.

Surprising amount of space with corner unit offering great light and nice views. Well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches like a diverse, well-stocked DVD library and high quality bath towels. The big sectional sofa holds the entire family and is a nice fireside retreat after a fun day on the slopes. Overall this condo is in very good condition, close to the slopes, and seems priced right! Sol Vista's skiing is very family friendly (and budget friendly compared to others) and with condos like this one, you can't go wrong!

What a wonderful stay. The snow was great (although the days were bitter cold this time around) and we could virtually ski to within 50 years of the door. Winter Park is only 20 minutes down the road, which is a nice diversion (and Steamboat is only about 90 minutes). The condo was as described...clean and in great shape with nice views of the valley and points north. It is also located within a couple of miles of a main supermarket which makes for easy shopping. There are also a couple of decent eateries within a mile or two of the home. The jacuzzi was a particularly welcome feature after full days on the slopes. The owner was extremely easy to contact and always returned messages promptly making the entire rental process quite easy. I will (and already have) recommended this property to both friends and relatives. Thanks for the wonderful getaway!

Our party consisted of two 30 something moms and 10 and 11 year old girls. We absolutely loved this condo! We had so much more room than we needed and with 3 bathrooms we were in heaven! When we weren't skiing we were in the huge hot tub or on the big blue couch which I am pretty sure could fit 15 people. We had a fun and relaxing weekend and can't wait to get back again next year.

We so enjoyed our stay in Mountainside. The area is beautiful and the condo was great. Everything was labeled and identified where everything was and the instructions were very clear. Our entire family had a great time. The view from windows and the balcony was just awesome.

Our stay was absolutely delightful. There was everything we needed supplied for our use. We spent a day in Grand Lake, beautiful mountain town with lots of shopping and great food. The view from the condo was fantastic. So convenient to many places of interest. We enjoyed it so much and are already talking about a possible return. This condo was comfortable, roomy, and very clean. The view from the condo was incredible. One evening we saw a vibrant rainbow over the mountains. The condo pictures were very accurate and the owner answered all my questions. Her response was quick and very helpful. Our family enjoyed hiking in the Rocky Mountain National Park which was only 20 minutes away. We ate at Brickhouse 40 in Granby. the Sagebrush Bar and Grill in Grand Lake and the last night we cooked on the grill. I would recommend all three. We enjoyed our stay at this condo and would recommend it to other families. Hope to return someday.

My husband and I spent a long weekend at Mountainside. What a lovely place! It has a small town feel but there is plenty to do. We ate at 2 of the finest restaurants, Devil's Thumb Ranch and The Rapids, just down the road and enjoyed a good breakfast and dinner right there in Granby at Brickhouse 40 for dinner and Java Lava (I think!) for breakfast. The Summer Theater in Grand Lake was great and we enjoyed sitting in the restaurant right down from the condo and watching the mountain bikers ride the lift up and fly down the trails. We rode it up and hiked down. The condo is spacious, very well appointed and I felt at home quickly. Nice furnishings and comfortable. The view from the balcony is fabulous. My husband played golf, really enjoying the scenery of the course. We hiked along a waterfall. We visited a nearby mining town and took an open air train ride. On our way back to Denver to the airport we drove up into the mountains through Rocky Mountain Nat'l Park. Beautiful! I will be recommending this wonderful place to friends and look forward to experiencing it in the winter for some skiing.

Thank you, this place it perfect for a family of six to rent. The place is well stocked and has everything you need to enjoy a vacation. The views are amazing and the condo is very comfortable with space to spread out. Kids loved the hot tube and really enjoyed the athletic club down at the Inn. We would come back in a heart beat and will recommend this place to others.

This condo provided a very comfortable home away from home for our family while enjoying Spring Break skiing at Sol Vista. It is so convenient to the slopes, it was easy to come back to the condo for lunch, extra sunscreen, etc. The condo is furnished and decorated like a home, and the views from the many windows can't be beat. It was adequately stocked with linens and was clean and welcoming. Having a TV in each room was great when the kids wanted to turn on the XBOX at night (xbox brought by us). The owners even provided a good selection of DVD movies to choose from. Having wireless internet at the condo was also a huge plus. You can't go wrong with this one!!

FANTASTIC! This was our second time to rent this condo and it is PERFECT! VERY nicely kept, incredible view, quiet and easy access to ski area. I highly recommend anyone staying there as it is great for 4 - 8 people. And if you want two EXCELLENT resturants try Devils Thumb Ranch in Tabernash and The Rapids in Grand Lake. Both have outstanding food (Devils Thumb is pricey but the service is high quality!).

We rented the Condo on Jan 22 2010 for 3 nights. Wow this is a great condo. You are a 2 minute drive to Skiing. The condo had everything you could ask for. Everything for the kitchen and 3 full bathrooms which is great for multiple families. The kids loved the hot tub. I will be back.
