This a beautiful, design award winning, luxury, contemporary, townhouse with every conceivable extra. Built in CBS with a stainless steel roof and offering impact resistant windows, it's not only well insulated and a perfect temperature controlled environment but the sound of rain falling on the roof is wonderful. Located near to Downtown Las Olas Blvd with river views from both the Living Room and Master Bedroom, centrally located near the New River so easy to find and with the beach just minutes away.
Vacation Rental Amenities
The house has an open plan ground floor : the kitchen has access from the extra wide garage with electric doors, electric gates and keyless entry. In the kitchen there is travertine marble flooring, ten foot ceilings, double granite counter tops, stainless steel dishwasher, fan oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer, two sinks with garbage disposal and spray faucet, gas hob with indoor grill. The dining room is separated by a granite, breakfast bar with two stools.
The house has an AT&T DSL Ultra modem with Ethernet connection for broadband internet access and a wireless router. The dining area has a large, contemporary table with four ultra suede chairs and French doors leading to the back porch with fitted stainless steel gas bar-b-q grill. The living room is double aspect with views to both the river and the large, covered, ceiling fanned front porch.
The living room has a large couch, a leather bench and armchair. In the corner cabinet has a Plasma TV with Directv including HBO and surround sound, DVD and a Denon Hi-Fi with CD. There is instant gas hot water and both central, timed A/C and ceiling fans in all rooms.
Upstairs there is a laundry room with extra size washer and dryer, sink, ironing board and steam iron, ten foot ceiling and travertine flooring.
The Master Bedroom features recessed ceiling with fan, designer furnishings and TV with Directv box.
The Master Bath features His n Hers sinks with a three person corner bath and shower room with rainfall shower head and STEAM ROOM sauna. Queen beds in both the second and third bedrooms with full linens and ceiling fans.
There is a screened, covered terrace with access from both the Master and the Third Bedroom and a large, heated JACUZZI hot tub with Massage feature.
The Front Porch has a large dining table and seating for three people, overhead ceiling fans and a view to the river.
There is a shared HEATED SWIMMING POOL. It features an outdoor shower, a gazebo with gas grill and sink, brick pavers, a four person table and chair with parasol and three reclining loungers for sunbathing. There is a six foot fence and gate to maintain privacy.

Why the Owner Chose Tarpon River
It is by the south fork of the new river and I love to look at the water or dock a boat opposite the house, close to downtown and the beaches but in a friendly, family neighborhood. Easy access to the highway so half an hour to South Beach or MIA and five minutes from FLL.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The Heated pool, Hot Tub on the upstairs balcony and the Steam room in the Master are my favorite features. It's cool, contemporary style is very visually appealing and the house has a very relaxed vibe.
