My name is Nina King. I have been living on the island for 7 years and currently reside on Coconut Drive in Mid Island. Originally, I bought this condo for my family to come down to visit from Detroit during vacations. Then I loved it so much, I just moved in the condo myself for a couple of years. Ultimately buying a house on the island.
Why the Owner Chose Estero Cove
The beach is very nice, the water, and the sun, every day is a nice warm and sunny day in Florida. It is low key and tranquil. We are just a hop, skip and a jump from Lovers Key State Park, which is a Top 10 rated beach nature park in Florida. Across the street is the Holiday Inn, which has the widest and largest beach on the island; with great music and food.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
All the activities are close by, shopping tennis, pool, restaurants and movie theater and don't forget the beach. And the neighbors are all very friendly, it is like a nice family. They are always coming up with fun, neighborly activities like BBQ, etc.
