Nestled against the mountain, the Silver Star ski lift is out your back door, with a ski/bike rental shop, ticket window, cafe and the renowned Sundance Institute also on site.
This 1 level spacious, corner end unit is in the most desirable Spiro Lodge, which is the main building closest to the ski lift. It boasts panoramic mountain and golf course views including a stream and ponds. Its expansive wrap-around covered balcony is equipped with a natural gas grill, outdoor furniture, large dining table and a big private hot tub that seats 6 adults.
During the winter, the golf course becomes a cross-country ski area and in the summer hike/bike trails begin just steps away.
Inside this beautifully decorated condo is a fully equipped Viking gourmet kitchen, 4 flat screen televisions with HDTV, DVD players and Wi-Fi.
The master bedroom includes a king bed and large bath with a walk-in closet, jetted soak tub and steam sauna in shower, not usually found in other properties. The second master also has a king bed, the third bedroom has 2 sets of very comfortable twin bunks and a queen sleeper sofa in the Great room. Every bedroom has its own bathroom with a powder room in the foyer.
Secure heated underground parking and a ski storage locker is available for your use as well as the Park City free shuttle service stop out front. During the winter season, Silver Star provides a free private shuttle service anywhere in Park City.
This condo was nationally televised on the 'Denise Richards: It's Complicated' series on E! during Sundance 2009.

My friends and I do an annual trip to Park City every year and this is the best rental we've had to date! The place is gorgeous with everything you need for a ski getaway. The place is steps away from the elevator that takes you directly up to the base of the Silver Star Lift, Silver Star Sport and Rental Shop, and the Silver Star Cafe, giving you everything you need to get on the slopes in no time. After a great day of skiing, you can relax in a private hot tub or in the large great room, complete with comfortable seating, a fireplace and satellite TV. If you want to spend some time in town, the condo has a private shuttle service that will take you anywhere you need in town. The owner was also extremely easy to work with and very accomodating. I will definitely be booking this place again for our trip next year!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We loved our stay at this unit. It was our second year at Silver Star and we will definitely plan on staying there again in future years. Very convenient, clean, comfortable and affordable.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Excellent location for Park City. Owner, house manager, and people on staff at the resort were all very helpful. Can't get much closer to the lift. Great experience.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car.

My family of 6 vacationed here before Christmas and had a fabulous time. The condo was beautiful, spacious and well furnished. We felt so comfortable and loved retiring there after a day of skiing. The location was perfect for quick access to the ski lift. We loved having the locker to store all of our ski gear without having to haul it all over the place. The hot tub was the perfect place to spend some time relaxing our sore muscles. The owners were easy to work with during the initial phase and the rental agency was great when we arrived. I would recommend this place to everyone!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Like the above poster, my husband and I have been skiing all over North America, and our experience in Park City far surpassed it all. The Silver Star was spectacular on all levels -- views, location (very easy access/proximity to all the action), ski-in/ski-out, family friendliness (I loved that I could send my boys across the street to build their snowmen and snow forts on the golf course while I sat and watched them from the big picture windows in the living room), and pristine condition. When we booked this condo several months ago, we felt that we were taking a huge leap of faith, trusting only some very nice Internet photos. All of our expectations were largely exceeded. Jeff and Donna are very honest and genuine people with a beautiful condo that we LOVED! It is immaculate, and we felt so happy there that we are already planning our stay for next year.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We are extremely particular people and absolutely loved staying in this beautiful, spacious condo. It is in excellent condition and well maintained with very comfortable furnishings. This particular unit has magnificent views in addition to a lovely oversized deck. The owners are very helpful as well. We give the owners and this unit an outstanding review. About the owner: My wife and I first discovered Park City on a ski trip in the mid 1980's. Since then we have skied all over North America and realized that Park City is the best place to be. We have found our dream destination and love creating memories for our family.

Try to picture this. Pull in underground parking. Take stairs or elevator up one flight to your / OUR SilverStar unit ( A101).
The view out front overlooks Golf course and surrounding Mtns. Back into elevator up three flights and exit onto Back Campus (On Mtn five stories up), large flat area.
The SilverStar ski lift with be 20 feet straight ahead, which is next to Lift ticket booth. Also, on this level is great ski and snowboard rental shop, private locker storage room , bathrooms, and restaurant. Walk to Chris Ruth Steaks. A good diner, grocery & Liquor store,Main street nearby.
