Why the Owner Chose Ocean Villa
We bought this condo in this brand New development of Ocean Villa because we saw the incredible positive growth and development that Panama City Beach is having in the area. We have been so excited to see Pier Park being built with such an incredible spread of stores and restautrants and things for kids. Now that the airport and Southwest direct flights are available it is even better!!!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The joy that this condo has brought my family has been beyond what I could have imagined. We love waking up and immediately going out on the balcony to see the beach and a lot of times there are dolphins swimming around. We hang out at the beach and then go into downtown Panama City and eat at Hunts Oyster bar or at Uncle Ernies on the bay. The kids love swimming at the condo pool and playing paddle ball at the beach.

My family and I stayed at this condo the week of July 4th and had the best time we've ever experienced. The condo is nicely decorated, well maintained and provided plenty of room for my family of 4 plus some. Nice family atmosphere, family pool and hot tub just to name a few amenities. The owner was very easy to work with and gave specific directions and details regarding the condo. If you are considering staying at the Ocean Villa while in PCB, I would highly recommend contacting this owner. We have always stayed in condos on Thomas Dr, but after this vacation my future plans will be at Ocean Villa. Thanks for allowing us to have a fantastic week in your condo.
