If tennis is your game, there are 7 lighted Soft-Surface tennis courts. Golf and tennis lessons are available from the club professionals if you wish.
At the fully equipped fitness center you can work out on your own, join one of the many classes, or relax with one of the spa services. Dine in one of three restaurants--the main dining room or the grill room in the 27,000 sq.ft. clubhouse or at the Chickee Hut at the main resort pool. Why the Owner Chose Heritage Bay
Heritage Bay offers luxury resort style amenities and has 27 holes of championship golf. One of the best features of this friendly community is the low cost per round of golf. Someone renting our condo only pays a $19 cart fee to golf since they become members when they rent the condo and pay the mandatory transfer fee. This is far less than other communities in the area where fees can start at $60 and go up from there.

Dennis and Nancy Bevan own this beautiful golf condo in sunny Naples. We bought our first Naples home in 2002 when we lived in Valley Forge, PA. After several winters in Naples, we decided to live here year round and we moved here in 2005. We've enjoyed every minute of our time in sunny Naples and we are sure you will too in our lovely new condo.
