One room Rustic cabin with full kitchen and bath. Located on canal 10 minutes or less to Lake Okeechobee and approximately 2 miles to the Kissimmee River. Large lot with room to park your RV and with RV hook up. (Some RV restrictions apply) Buckhead Ridge is approximately 8 miles south west of Okeechobee and has c-stores with bait, tackle and nearby public boat launch. Okeechobee has Publix, Winn Dixie, Wal-Mart, Home Depot etc.
Fort Pierce and the beach is approximately 40 miles to the east and Sarasota and it's beautiful beaches approximately 2 hours to the west. Okeechobee is conveniently located to beaches on the Atlantic and the Gulf of Mexico. For the ladies great shopping mall's at Vero Beach as well as great restaurants located on and off the beach. Airports located at Orlando, Tampa, West Palm, Fort Meyers all just a short distance away.

Why the Owner Chose Okeechobee:
Okeechobee is in the heart of Florida. It is a friendly fishing town whose main industry is Tourism, Beef, Dairy and Orange Grove Farms. It is located approximately 2 hours from Orlando and Disney to the north. Everglades to the south, Fort Pierce and its beaches about 40 minutes east and Sarasota and its beautiful beaches approximately 2 hours west. The area provides a variety of entertainment. Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico just a short drive.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
We purchased the property when we were pulling a 5th wheel. It had an RV hookup and the cabin was nice for extra space. A place to entertain, cook, extra bath etc. We liked tha area so well that we purchased a property nearby and are in the process of selling the RV. Also have the property for sale.
