This Manhattan Apartment is located in the prestigious Upper Eastside neighborhood of Manhattan. It is quiet and residential, yet everything you need is right in the neighborhood - cafes, diner (around the block), NY Bagels (around the corner), food stores, restaurants, bars, boutique shops, a Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts and much more. You are within walking distance to Fifth Avenue and Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Museum Mile and public transportation (if needed). All the major NYC Hospitals are a few blocks away: Cornell, Lenox Hill, Hospital for Special Surgery, NYU and Mt. Sinai.

This apartment is located on the 6th Floor of an ELEVATOR building. It is on the top floor, with windows facing south and west for lots of natural lighting. The apartment is neat, clean and very quiet. There is a brand new Queen Bed, two down filled reading chairs, a flat screen cable TV with DVD/VCR, there is unlimited and local phone service, and complimentary WIRELESS internet service. There is a full kitchen, full bath (with tub and shower) and a dressing area with closet and dresser. This apartment is kept unoccupied so only your belongings fill this home. The kitchen has a table for two and everything needed to cook gourmet meals. Keep in mind that every restaurant in the area will deliver right to the apartment front door.

Every amenity imaginable is provided to make you stay away from home a comfortable and enjoyable one. Top quality sheets, fresh towels, down comforter, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, umbrella's, and soaps are some of the amenities provided. There are NYC guide books, a subway map, a Zagat's restaurant directory, and other Manhattan related information in the apartment.

  • This was a very positive experience!! My sister-in-law and I visit NYC a couple times a year. This was our first time using a rental. The apartment was outstanding. Everything you need and more. Great location, close to subway, awesome deli around the corner! We're glad we stayed out of our comfort zone this time around and we'll be doing it again. What a terrific way to experience the city. Sue was incredible! She is very knowledgeable about the area and she loves what she does. She makes you feel at home and is the sweetest person you'll meet in NY!! Thanks for the new experience!!

  • Our stay in this little Upper Eastside apartment was wonderful- absolutely no complaints. We were just a short distance from Central Park and walked there everyday of our vacation. We also rented bicycles and rode all over Manhattan. That was a blast. Susan was very accomodating, letting us stay in the apartment a few hours later on our departure day. She personally met us on our arrival day and gave us good ideas for eating out and activities in the area. She made herself available should anything go wrong with the apartment- but there was no need as it was perfect. We will definitely be staying in one of her apartments on our next trip to NYC!!
