My family and I stayed at this property for 10 nights during our recent 4-week vacation in California. The property is very well appointed and equipped and is in easy walking distance of downtown Palm Springs. The privacy of the pool area, well equipped kitchen and BBQ area meant we spent much more time at the house than we had anticipated, often choosing to eat in rather than eat out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The owners and management were very helpful and made the whole rental experience very easy. Highly recommended!

The home was everything as described and more. The location so close to downtown made everything so easy. The neighborhood is very peaceful. The owner was very easy to work with and the place is very well maintained. We celebrated a family reunion in the home with adults and kids. The pool and bicycles were well used.The bedrooms were very roomy and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Large very well cared for home on a quiet street in a great location. Very private pool area with wonderful mountain views. Clean, comfortable and well equipped in every way. We will definitely rent this fine home again!

Just returned from New Year holiday in this lovely home. Few minutes walk from town, beautifully furnished, superb pool and garden. Owners were very professional and efficient to deal with as were the local management company. Fantastic, quiet location with lovely mountain views. cannot recommend it highly enough.

Just wanted to let you know what a wonderful place you have in Palm Springs. We found the house spacious, the pool and spa refreshing, and the grapefruit and lemons from the trees amazing. The significant renovations you made, especially in the bathrooms were apparent and a great feature. Your house was ideal for our family time together with my sister and her family and my parents. The hardest time we had was packing up to leave as the week disappeared too quickly. The location and the privacy really was ideal!

Wanted to say thank you for sharing your home. We had an amazing time and appreciated the attention to details including the bikes, the dvd player, the BBQ and the beautiful fireplace. The location was perfect for walking, hiking, biking and running and just minutes from downtown. A great location just minutes from downtown, this recently-renovated house was perfect for four couples on a long weekend in early March. We especially liked the separate bathroom for each bedroom, not common in this area. The pool was very nice and the landscaping in the back yard was beautiful with close-up views of the surrounding mountains. HAving fresh grapefruit right off the trees was an added bonus. Nice BBQ and another bonus were the cruiser bikes for the AM trips to get coffee. Definitely recommend this place.

I would highly recomend this house to everyone! The views literaly took my breath away! The kitchen was gorgeous and had beautiful views of the mountains and the pool! The location was perfect ( within walking distance to downtown Palm Springs)and the owners were a DREAM to rent from! Thank you for providing my family and I with the PERFECT vacation home!
