Why the Owner Chose Indian Wells
Indian Wells is central to the Palm Springs area. The best restaurants and shopping are close by. The house is located in the shadow of the mountains and out of the wind. The sun rises early and set early. You can walk all over the gate community.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Fun things to do are: the water park in Palm Desert, the tram in Palm Spring, see the Salton Sea, stop by the Living Desert, have lunch on the El Paso, see the General Patton's Museum, play golf or games of chance. This area has it all.
Owner's Map of Indian Wells
My wife and I bought this house because we love the warmth. We find the desert so vast. The Summers in Carmel are Cold, so we love to travel to the desert is the Summer time. We also love the restaurants and a stop by Ruth Chris or one of the finer Italian restaurants would not be missed.
