This villa is located, overlooking the "LAP POOL" at the clubhouse. It also has a large, full view of the mountains from the two balconies. It is only a stones throw from the clubhouse with a large kiddie pool, complete with ceramic turtles that spit water from all parts of it, water spouts in the concrete decking and a long sloping entry where the little kids can play in ankle deep or knee deep water without any fear of getting into deeper water.
Cabanas line the pools and are open to "First come, first serve" basis. A large adult pool where kids are not allowed. There is also a big long lap pool for the big kids that like the exercise. The fitness center is open to all owners, guests and renters.
There are 11 pools and spas spread around the 281 unit development. It is only 1 block or so to the La Quinta Resort and Club. It has a large party pool with food and drinks, three restaurants and a Starbucks coffee shop with lots of pastry.
This is a fun place to stay. It is quiet for those that enjoy the quiet and fun for the others.
