This beautiful, third-floor unit is spacious and airy, has recently been remodeled, and has a partial ocean view from an extra large lanai. The unit is "A" rated by the property management company. An equal mix of vacation renters and full-time residents creates a quiet and relaxing environment, and a sense of pride in ownership.
The condominium comes with cable television in the master bedroom, and an entertainment center in the living area. The kitchen is fully furnished, and two full bathrooms complete with linen add convenience. A queen-size hide-a-bed is available for additional guests or children. The private lanai with table and chairs is a great place to have early morning coffee, a light lunch, or relaxing dinner. Everything is included to make your visit a comfortable and enjoyable time. You will truly feel right at home in our home.
The grounds are well maintained with lush gardens, fountains, and tropical birds. A large pool with adjacent refreshment area, and Wednesday evening entertainment with pupus are available from 5 to 7 PM. Early morning island orientation is provided complimentary, and tourist activities can be arranged at the front desk. Complimentary newspaper is available as well. Kids pool and barbecues conveniently located throughout complex make for a great family atmosphere. Child care can be arranged as well through the front desk.
Walk to Kamaole 3 beach for spectacular sunsets and whale watching. A short five minutes takes you to the beautiful Wailea resort area, home of several outstanding golf courses. Come to sunny Kihei again and again!
