What a spot! So relaxing and away from the busy parts of the resort, yet close enough to walk everywhere. The only downside for us is that we could only stay for three nights. The water pressure was awesome (always something I care about) and there was ample space to spread out...inside and on the patios. We came at a very busy weekend (Coachella Music Festival) and we had no trouble parking right next to the front door. The owner was responsive to our checking in with them to let them know that all was copacetic. I recommend this property. We look forward to our return!

We had the wonderful opportunity to rent the upstairs and downstairs unit this past weekend. The hotel was completely booked for the pro-tennis tournament and we were so fortunate to have found this lovely Spa Villa through VRBO. The location was great (quiet, but close to all the amenities; great parking) and the rooms were spacious and all-around extremely comfortable. The owner was responsive, very easy to work with, and provided us with very detailed information about check in, etc. Another nice thing about booking outside the hotel is that there is no daily resort fee or tax -- an added to bonus to a great stay!

We repeatedly stay at this villa because it has a great location on the hotel property which we believe is a more private location and near lesser-used pools (quieter). Owner is easy to work with when renting and we would stay again.

Excellent accomodations, extra roomy bedrooms, huge bathrooms, both with a tub and separate showers. Off the dining room was a small private veranda, perfect for morning coffee, paper reading and some quiet time. The pool was practically off the Master's bedroom...how convenient! Highly recommended for family get togethers.

We love staying at this spa villa in the La Quinta Resort. It is very clean, large and quiet. Located next to the spa and tennis courts. We will book this place as often as possible. We highly recommend this villa.

great desert weekend!

A group of us decided to rent the villa for Coachella Festival weekend. This condo was definitely one of the better priced options we found. We had a lovely time. While the La Quinta Resort we were able to enjoy all of the amenities of a hotel along with the privacy of your own private home. The villa is surrounded by a few pools, so you have your pick after scoping out the pool scenes. We really enjoyed being so close to the resort... there are fun restaurants, cafes, and bars right on the resort property. That was a huge perk, we never had to get in the car! I do think renting the entire villa is the way to go. We rented out the top and bottom floor of the villa. I was worried a bit that there would be a disconnect from the top to the bottom level, but that was definitely not the case. It opened up nicely into one condo. The top part of the villa feels much more like a hotel. I would not be happy with just having the top. There is no kitchen/ bar or anything of the sort. All of that is in the bottom floor. The bottom floor is very spacious with a big sitting area, nice kitchen table, and two larger patios. I would definitely stay here again. One thing I would note, is that the condo lacked basic kitchen/ cleaning supplies. Next time I will remember to bring dish towels, trash bags, simple cleaning supplies, and etc. We cant wait til next spring to get back to La Quinta!

Owner response:I do let all of my renters know that the kitchen does lack basic kitchen supplies....It is in the email I sent with check in instructions....the problem with providing the basic supplies is that the cleaning crew always seems to take them or they get thrown away

We love La Quinta and this spa villa is excellent! Great location for tennis lovers. Close to pools, gym, etc. We will go back every year! Owner is very easy to deal with. Love having hotel amenities too. Perfect for families with children. Lots of space and kitchen and washer dryer are a big plus.

Our family had a memorable Christmas visit to La Quiknta this year. Ther first floor unit is well equipped with living room,bedroom , two bathrooms and full kitchen. The second floor is complete with bathroom and smalll sitting area. A lovely unit and lots of room for a small family, Great restaurants and some shopping within walking distance.

Great Location in the Desert

My family recently stayed in this Villa. The pool is located just outside the master bedroom and there is a nice little gated patio off of the kitchen. The grounds are quiet and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderfully relaxing getaway at this Villa on the grounds of La Quinta Resort and Spa. We have been coming to this resort for many years but this was our first time booking with a private party and it will not be our last! The owner is great and the villa is great...very clean and it REALLY has everything one would need to just have a perfect vacation. The location of the villa is right up against the beautiful mountains and is a short walk to the main pool and Spa La Quinta. We all just had the best time and can not wait to return!

The property was clean and furnished comfortably. I'd recommend mentioning to bring paper towels or some sort of kitchen towels to do the dishes with. Otherwise, no complaints.

The condo was a great location and the pools were perfect, steps from the tennis court and the spa. There was plentiful parking and the maid service was flexible and the front desk got us extra linens and towels in minutes. Do know, there isnt wireless, which is the only drawback but there is ethernet ports in the condo. Go!

We LOVED our stay at this villa at La Quinta. It was prefect for our family. So clean, quiet, and spacious. The pool right outside our door was great and the tennis courts were close as well. The owner was easy to reach and very accommodating. Will stay here again for sure!

I recently stayed at this Spa Villa. We played tennis everyday and the courts are very close but not so close that there is any noise. Excellent tennis pros and staff. Very easy to arrange games with other guests and club members. There is a pool and hot tub just outside the lower level of the villa which was very nice. We found the combination of the upper bedroom unit and bath with the lower bedroom, family room and kitchen and 2 baths worked perfectly for us. This was our first time using VRBO. The owner is very friendly and accomodating and we look forward to returning for our next tennis vacation.
