This beautiful three bedroom and two full bath condominium, #900, is located in The Galvestonian which is a 12 story hi-rise, on the 9th floor on the corner, thus a great view in three different directions of the bay, ocean, and ship channel. This condominium is privately owned and individually decorated, with Gulf of Mexico views from private balconies. The lovely landscaped picnic area leads to the beach and water's edge.
The Galvestonian is designed for pleasure and relaxation. For outdoor fun, the large heated swimming pool, which features a hot-tub Jacuzzi, is elevated on a deck which runs almost the entire length of the building. This affords the privacy you deserve, plus a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. The spacious poolside cabana is quiet, shaded area for enjoying pool side refreshments. For tennis buffs, there are two lighted courts. And, of course, there are miles of beach a few steps down from the pool deck. You can stroll along the water's edge, build sand castles or simply relax on the sand and let the sun's golden rays warm your body.
East Beach is the most exclusive beach in Texas. Only 50 minutes from Hobby Airport and only three minutes from downtown Galveston. We have always loved Galveston, one of the main reason why we decided to purchase our condominium at The Galvestonian, in particular with the views from any of the five balconies, or even enjoy dinner and watch the ships as they arrive and depart the Houston ship channel from the dinning room. Each of the three bedrooms all have views, very comfortable, the main bedroom with a king bed, and the remaining two with two beds each. The granite throughout the kitchen only enhances this well equipped kitchen, making any Chef feel at home.
Why the Owner Chose Galveston
Although we are just forty-five minutes from home in Houston, the minute we cross the causeway into Galveston we leave the stress of the big city behind. The location of the Galvestonian, out of the crowded and more touristy part of the island, makes it even more special. Pulling up to the Galvestonian the staff always makes us feel welcome and we know that our condominium will be in top notch condition so we can concentrate on just relaxing and having a good time. When we go out on our balcony to sit down and enjoy the Gulf there is no traffic noise because there is no street or traffic between us and the Gulf and the breezes and the beautiful view. We can always count on seeing some of the many friends we have made over the years. Because the Galvestonian is family friendly our son and his friends have always had a great time as well. It goes without saying that we take full advantage of the beach, pool, and picnic areas. In short we love it here!
