Nestled on the 4 star Championship Golf Course of Southern Dunes, our villa is ideally situated for the theme parks, shopping, or golf. Whether you enjoy being active or chilling out we have provided you with all the amenities.
Our lanaii and deck are south facing and look out over the 4th Green so you can enjoy a dip in the pool and still watch the golfers. We also have provided a ping pong table available to keep the kids busy.
Our 2 storey villa has a full size pool table in our spacious family room and the serve through hatch can help with providing snacks. The second family room benefits from a large screen TV and plenty of comfy sofas. The fully fitted kitchen provides all the comforts of home. Situated on the ground floor the master has a queen bed a baby's cot and a full en-suite with garden tub and separate shower. The first floor comprises a second family room on the balcony with a wall mounted big screen TV and games console plus a computer desk with internet. The 2 twin bedrooms share a bathroom on one side of the hallway, with the second master enjoying a queen bed with en-suite. On the other side is a queen bedroom with a full bathroom off. All the bedrooms have a TV. Laundry facilities are provided with a washer and dryer and a half bathroom just off the laundry room. The furniture and fittings all reflect the comfort of a luxurious vacation villa.
