Quiet Luxury Home, Walking Distance to the Village

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We wanted to be within walking distance to Whistler Village to eliminate the need for a car. Our house is located in a cul de sac in Brio with fabulous neighbours who are all full time residents. There are nearby paved trails that can be walked (or biked) throughout Whistler.
The Unique Benefits at this House
This house is in a gorgeous location, with stunning views, and privacy rolled into a spacious and comfortable mountain home. We have a ski tuning area so skis can be waxed up, as well as heated closets to hang ski gear so it's dry and ready for the next ski day. Unlike most Whistler places, we have a backyard which is very private so you can take in views while soaking in the hot tub or entertain outside in the summer months. Since the village is only a 7 minute walk away, we enjoy going for dinner and being able to walk home along the lit walkways. If you are driving, there is a one car garage with two additional parking spots up the driveway.

My wife and I have grown up skiing, hiking and biking in Whistler. We love the outdoor lifestyle of Whistler so much that we bought a house and bring our two children every chance we get. The summer months have now become as popular as the winter months with the nearby mountain bike trails, Kid's Zone and Stream of Dreams at Alta Lake. We love our house as it has complete privacy and amazing views. This is a place where you can truly relax and breathe in some fresh mountain air.
