As with previous reviews, I found the owner of this unit very helpful throughout the whole process. We have vacationed all through the keys and this was our first stay in Key Largo. My boys, ages 12 & 13 took up snorkeling while there. The lagoon was a perfect start for them to get use to this new activity. After a few days we went to the state park two miles down the road where my boys came close to a large school or big fish which they found amazing. For a very small fee we also kayaked in the park. The unit had everything we needed as far as cooking and linens. There was plenty of space for our family of four. Our daughter and son-in-law visited us for a few days and there was still plenty of room. The downstair area for evening tv watching and unwinding was perfect and allowed a second unwinding area when we had six people in the unit. We spent as much time outdoors as possible and found that the north pool, which is closest to the unit, had very friendly and welcoming people that enjoyed it also. The south pool which is bigger had what I took to be more full time residents who I felt kept more to themselves. While we were there the residents at the north pool had an actual race in the lagoon paddling cardboard boats they made. It was hilarious and the people there did a fine job promoting their event with made up song, cheers and music. My boys want to know if they can build a boat and race next year and I found the answer to be yes. They just need to sign up. I have already booked the unit for a February stay next year and can't wait to return. Thank you Jarrett for meeting our needs!

We had seven people stay in the rental property for the week surrounding a family wedding in January. The condo was surprisingly spacious, very cleanly, was within a safe gated community, and offered many amenities. There are plenty of linens, toiletries, and utensils provided, so no need to bring your own. The gated community also offered a beach, swimming pools, tennis courts, golf cart to get around in, etc. The owner was very easy to work with and provided timely responses to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this unit to any group traveling to Key Largo!

It's a pleasure to recommend a stay here. The unit is clean and well maintained and comes with everything you need, including extras for indoors (soaps, paper towels, tissue, etc) and outdoors (fishing rods, water mattress & noodles). There is even a binder containing the menus and prices for all the local restaurants which made it easy to decide where to go in advance. Jarett was warm, friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. The pools were clean and well maintained. The lagoon was fabulous, with an easy shallow sand beach entry that was great for kids, warm clean waters and great snorkelling (Angel fish, lobsters, crabs, tarpon, etc) There were lots of lounge chairs at both beach and poolsides. It's an easy, short drive to the Everglades and John Pennekamp park is just a few minutes down the road. In easy walking distance there is a Walgreens and CVS and a Publix grocery store is a short drive away. A great vacation!!

Great unit with lots of space inside and out! Plenty of room for 2 families and 4 kids. The condo was clean and well stocked. The complex was great for keeping the kids entertained when we weren't diving and exploring Key Largo. Looking forward to returning! Thanks Jarrett!

We spent a week in this condo March 12-19, 2011 and it was fabulous. It was extremely clean and all so beautifully decorated. It is so much nicer than what the pictures portray. The Kawama complex is great and in close proximity to all nearby attractions and restaurants. This is our second year at the Kawama complex and we still enjoy it. Thanks Jarrett for sharing your place with us.

We stayed at this property in March, 2011. The pictures and description were accurate, and if anything, the property was more beautiful than portrayed. The Keys were a great place to vacation and a easy day trip to visit the Florida Everglades as well. There was plenty to do at the resort such as lounging at the pools, fishing off the reef, or snorkeling off the beach. Jarrettt was easy to work with and has a beautiful home to share. We had 7 of our family there and had plenty of room. Thanks Jarrett for a great vacation... we'll be back!

The stay was wonderful. The house was stocked with linens and towels for the stay. The house was very spacious and had a tv in every room. The owner has made many updates to the property. The house was right in the middle of everything(attractions) . Would recommend it to a friend and would love to come again. Our family of five had a blast. Deposit was refunded quickly owner was easy to work with and very quick with any questions or contact.

Unit very well supplied and very clean. Owner very easy to work with and handled deposit refund promptly. We had 8 people staying there for a sailing regatta and it worked out great. BR with trundle quite small so we moved the trundle part to the large downstairs family room. First & second floor baths quite cozy (shower, no tub) but workable. This is a a fantastic deal for a group that doesn't demand a formal dining room. For six nights it cost each of us what one night in a grubby KL motel would run. And, like I said, owner provided EVERYTHING needed. Highly recommended.

Townhouse is beautifully remodeled and has plenty of space throughout - Q, F, and S w/trundle bed as well as two convertible sofas. Downstairs is a large flat panel with surround sound, perfect for a theater setting. The screened in porch on the 2nd and 3rd floors are so nice to enjoy morning, noon, or night. AND the golf cart is so much fun to drive around the club and explore. Loved it!
