Thank for visiting my condo in beautiful Mammoth Lakes. I took a month and a half from work to remodel this condo in June of 2009. 90% of the condo is redone. Please enjoy the remodel. I have worked very hard and I am proud of my work.
If you love the cabin feel, then this is it!! This (log furniture), 1 bedroom/1 .25 bath is very unique. Please scroll down and look at my pictures. I have a 32 in. flat screen in the bedroom and a 46" flat screen in the living room. Both with dvd player and a collection of dvd. Now, that is a vacation. Don't let the bears scare you in Mammoth, we have about 100 plus dolls and figurines in our place, so you feel the environment you are in. If you just want to kick back by a wood fireplace, in the mountains, you can do that too(Please bring your own wood). Or maybe, sit in a spa, and relax your legs from a big day of snowboarding, then this is it!!!
There is a huge parking lot for this complex and you can park right in front. It is on the first floor, so in the winter it is easy access!! No going up stairs. Yeah!! I have two TV's, two DVD players and DVD's. Brand new frig, newer dishwasher, new flooring in bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen includes pots and pans, spices, bowls, plates, cups,forks, spoons, knives, microwave, full frig and freezer, can opener, stove, oven, dishwasher and soap, cutting board, and everything else you can think of in a full stocked kitchen. Just bring food, and a few spices!!!
Sleeping arrangements are 1 queen bed in master bedroom, 1 queen sleeper sofa and 1 twin sleeper sofa in living room.
I have comforters, blankets, and throw blankets. Bring your own linen, towels and food and you are ready to go!!!
Just upgraded!! New flooring, new area rugs, new baseboards, new door casings, and new wall frame for the 46" flat screen tv!!!

I have 2 sleds for snow in the mirror closet.
Just added, a 46 " LCD flat screen, a 32 inch flat screen in the Master Bedroom!!!
Just added a new frig, and a $2300 Sleeper Sofa. It is so cozy!!

Walking distance to everything. If you are too tired to cook, after a long day skiing or fishing walk to Grumpy's, Alberto's, Fireside Burgers, and Rafters. Bring your kids and eat great food or hang out in the bar. Walk to Vons and there is a Starbucks inside!! At Vons there is Carls Jr. and Giovanni's which has great pizza. Also, in Vons strip center is Chocolate Factory, Color Me Mine, Minaret Cinemas, and Tail Waggers. Across from Vons there is a Mammoth Sporting Goods Bike Shop, Oaktree, Salsas, Hot Chicks and Dominos Pizza. Going toward The Stove Restaurant is Country Liquor and Jalanpenos Restaurant. While still on Old Mammoth Road and going toward the main highway. then you have Quiznos, Radio Shack, Chart House, Mike and Millie Pizza/Sandwiches, Subway, Deli, TrueValue Hardware, Coffee Shop, Rite Aid, Footloose Snowboard Shop, Health Food, and Trout Outfitters.

If you prefer maid services and I have new guests coming in later the same day you are leaving, you would need to depart the unit by 10 AM to allow them time to clean the unit in time for a noon arrival of the next guest. You would still need to provide your own linens and towels – that is not included. You would also need to run the dishwasher to completion and empty it before you leave. They will take care of the rest. If this is of interest to you, let me know when you reserve a unit and I will get in touch with them in advance to determine if they would be available on your departure day. The charge is $80.00.
I do have a paypal account!! I also accept Checks, Cash, Master Card and Visa Card. Half of the total payment will be due now, and the other half will be due 3 weeks before your stay.
I do have an Iphone, so I receive e-mail and it is as fast as calling and the most efficient way. You can call or text me too. The only delay will be I am a firefighter, so during calls, I will not be able to get back to you, but I will. The second cell number is my wife's, and if it is an urgent, please call her. Her name is Debbie.

One day we would like to retire here, that is why we bought this place to enjoy now and for the future. We did the research and found this place great for kids and living permanently. This complex has a pool, spa and tennis courts. We found that Mammoth Lakes have a very low crime rate and neighbors look at for one another, which is awesome!! Please enjoy our place and take care of it as it was yours. We go all the time and wish we could move there now!!

A great Mammoth condo! Colorful,clean,cozy and warmly decorated with Mountain decor. HD TV,WiFi, comfy beds and double sinks. Equipped with beautiful fireplace; heat works great. A Central location (downstairs unit) in town with lots of parking near restaurants, shuttle, and stores. The keyless entry's great and David is easy to work with, very prompt and helpful in answering questions.We definetly recommend staying here. Also reasonable. We had a such wonderful time staying at this condo. Parking is superb plus being on the 1st floor makes it so much easier to unload and load. The King size bed is super comfortable. The kitchen is amazing, fully stocked with all sorts of cooking equipments plus paper goods. Will definitely come back! Thank you!!

The condo has many great perks! Parking is in front...so unloading and loading our stuff was easy! Clean condo and cozy. Location of condo was in and around town so it made it easy to get to anything...restaurants, supermarket, gas station and the Village. Thank you!

This condo is awesome! From the moment we opened the door, it felt like we were home. Owners did a great job decorating and fully equipping this place; so after a long day of skiing we weren't worried about getting some miscellaneous items from the grocery store - we just came home and relaxed. My wife and I are "return" renters having stayed here several times. Now there's WIFI which is a bonus. HD TV makes a big difference. Keyless entry works great. Owner is very responsive to questions. Never had a problem here and we plan to return.

An attractive and comfortable rental, at a great price. We stayed in the unit for about a week near the end of summer. The owner was always very helpful in his communications, and the pictures were very representative. If anything, the description failed to include some items which we were happy to find – coffee maker and toaster. The unit was clean and well-maintained, and very attractive. It was also very quiet. We took advantage of the wi-fi which worked well. We enjoyed the summer activities in Mammoth Lakes – fishing, biking, hiking, sightseeing, and even relaxing. The just completed bike path down from Horseshoe Lake was a treat. I only wish we could have stayed longer. I think the trolleys were going to stop service after Labor Day, but they were great.

We stayed at Davids condo on our recent trip mammoth lakes. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Everything was perfectly arranged and labelled clearly. David is very systematic and prompt.

We just stayed here for the second time (went up last summer too). Very comfortable condo for our family of 5. Great location and easy to get to Old Mammoth Rd where you can catch a trolly to go anywhere. Didn't use our car much at all! David is super easy to work with and very accommodating. I would recommend to anyone I don't know and have already recommended this place to people I do know. You can't go wrong renting this condo for a great base while visiting Mammoth!
