Thank for visiting my condo. I took a month and a half from work to remodel this condo in June of 2009. 90% of the condo is redone. Please enjoy the remodel. I have worked very hard and I am proud of my work.

There is a huge parking lot for this complex and you can park right in front. It is on the first floor, so in the winter it is easy access!! No going up stairs. Yeah!! I have two TV's, two DVD players with surround sound with music CD's and DVD's. Brand new frig, newer dishwasher, new flooring in bathroom and kitchen.

I took the popcorn off the ceiling and textured the ceiling. All new paint. All new cabinets in bathrooms and baseboards. New mirror closets, new bed frame and mattress. Everything is new!! All you need is food from Von's and bedding and you are good to go.

We have a "Hot List" available to let our customers know of last minute cancellations and special offers. Let me know if you would like to be added to it.

If you prefer maid services and I have new guests coming in later the same day you are leaving, you would need to depart the unit by 10 AM to allow them time to clean the unit in time for a noon arrival of the next guest. You would still need to provide your own linens and towels – that is not included. You would also need to run the dishwasher to completion and empty it before you leave. They will take care of the rest. If this is of interest to you, let me know when you reserve a unit and I will get in touch with them in advance to determine if they would be available on your departure day. The charge is $80.00.

I do have a paypal account!! I also accept Checks, Cash, Master Card and Visa Card.

I do have an Iphone, so I receive e-mail and it is as fast as calling. The only delay will be I am a firefighter, so during calls, I will not be able to get back to you, but I will. The second cell number is my wife's, and if it is an urgent, please call her. Her name is Debbie.

  • I stayed at this condo in late October. It was just as described, clean with all amenities, great location in the center of town. Cleaning and bringing own linens makes this condo a great value. I would recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a condo in Mammoth.

  • I rented David's condo for a 3-day, solo fishing trip in mi-October. This condo is the BEST VALUE IN MAMMOTH! It is newly recorated and is very warm, friendly and comfortable. I have stayed at many other places in Mammoth, paying more than twice as much for so much less. Doing your own cleaning and bringing your own linens is a great trade-off for the much higher rates, cleaning fees and rental agency fees at other condos! I heartily agree with the very positive comments by Pat and Deborah before me. I, too, plan to come back again and again to David's Mammoth Escape!

  • My husband, two daughters and I stayed here for 3 nights and we LOVED it. I could not believe how well appointed and spacious this condo is especially being THE BEST priced place out there. It was a two block walk to Vons/Manaret Village and the free shuttle to the mountain has pick up next to the complex. Not to mention a pool and jacuzzi. The neighbors were all nice and quiet, no riff raff here! And the owners have the best deal for you, bring your own linens and clean the place up and no cleaning charge, that's huge! (I prefer my own linens anyway...) Everywhere else charges you a hundred dollar cleaning fee which turns your 50 or 60 dollar a night condo into a hundred or more dollars. I won't stay anywhere else now. Thanks so much Dave for making our stay awesome. I have a 4 year old a 10 month old (crawler) and it was totally safe in there for them and I had plenty of room to set up "baby jail", a walker and a pack and play in the living room WITH the sofa bed out. Awesome!

  • Doesn’t get any better than this, perfect for up to 4. Has every thing you need for the perfect Mammoth vacation. Centrally located near Old Mammoth road and the Von’s shopping center. Super quiet. At this price you better go to Mammoth and stay a week!!!
