Why the Owner Chose Queen's Grant

I fell in love with Hilton Head Island when I was escaping the cold winter at home. It was generally about 20 to 30 degrees warmer than at home. I would walk the beach every morning and explore the shops during the day. I have not experienced another place where I feel at home yet like I am on vacation every time I visit. I spent an extended weekend looking at properties and after about 40 places, I decided that this development offered a wide range of amenities. This was important as I often fly down instead of drive. Palmetto Dunes Resort is so accessible that one doesn't need a car. The sheer beauty of the resort also influenced my decision to buy there.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo

There is something soothing about being at my place. It relaxes me and helps me to connect with what is important in my life. I have tried to keep the furnishings to a minimum while providing all of the conveniences of home. No clutter here--not too much furniture or stuff to get in the way. It is often a place of escape to feel calm and to relax.

This beautiful condo had everything we needed and more for a golf weekend on HHI. Located at the front of Palmetto Dunes, it was easy to get in, out, and around the island. We immediately felt like we were in a home, rather than a rental property. The decor was tasteful and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook a great dinner one night. Further, the condo had a full charcoal grill to use on the back patio! We would happily come back and stay again at this property and highly recommend it to others.
