Enjoy an unforgettable vacation at this luxury beachfront townhome, literally steps from the sandy beach. The views are breathtaking. This home was recently renovated with every imaginable luxury appointment, including motorized window shades, jetted & light therapy tub, a glass tile steam room, two flat screen TVs, hardwood floors throughout and a brand new modern kitchen perfect for making delicious gourmet meals after a relaxing day at the beach.
The main floor is an open concept with Living, Dining and Kitchen all flowing into each other and providing a perfect spot for socializing and savoring the view. One guest bedroom is also located on the main floor. Upstairs is a wonderful, quiet loft area with an amazing view next to the master suite complete with an open-air balcony overlooking the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. The master bath is designed with fabulous sea-blue glass tiles with a large tub complete with air jets and light therapy all complimented by a custom built wave ceiling. The rain shower is also glass tiles. The 2nd of the two guest bedrooms is also upstairs with a fun tasteful kids theme with a full bathroom.
The complex has two private pools that are quiet and great for teaching children how to swim! It is a secluded, calm, quiet place that is a perfect vacation spot for couples or families. Each evening, join the informal gathering of wine sipping sunset enjoyers who gather on the beach in front of the house.
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD IS 30 DAYS - no exceptions to that, sorry.
NOTE: The house is equipped with high speed internet and cable.
