The « Casa Blanca » is a luxurious villa located between Aix-en-Provence (25 min.) and Lourmarin (15 min.) in the South of Luberon/Provence, 40 minutes from Marseille and from Avignon.
It faces south, overlooking the valley of the Durance river and the holy mountain of the Provence (and of Cézanne), the Mont Sainte Victoire. It has been built on 3000 m2 hillside amongst pine, olive and oak trees and has four patio areas or terraces, one of them with a large swimming pool (16 x 40 ft, depth 5 to 8 ft ; one weekly maintenance included) and a pool house (Rick's Café) which can accommodate 2-3 persons (satellite TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, one queen size bed and a pull-out sofa).
The property is entirely closed in (walls and fences), and the only access to villa and garage is by remote control through an iron gate from the road. You can select where to sit, eat or relax from a number of places next to the pool, the main terrace, a terrace with stone benches, beside the fish pond or next to a water basin with its old fountain. Between the villa and the lawn you can use our fully equipped sauna room any time.
The villa has been completely renovated last year and is fully furnished and equipped with all amenities, including satellite TV with BBC and other English language channels. It can be easily accessed from the driveway and its main facilities and the master bedroom are on the ground floor which is perfect for persons with reduced mobility.
On the ground floor you will find :
• Entrance to the large dining and living room area with a wood fireplace, TV, DVD, stereo and telephone,
• The large kitchen with antique tiles, fully equipped, including all utensils, electric stove and cooking plates, microwave, dishwasher and a breakfast table,
• A spacious bathroom with tub and shower, separate WC, and the master bedroom with a king size bed, closets and a magnificent view south into the garden,
• Another level entrance from a former garage, now transformed into a large room for storage, extra refrigerator, freezer, washing machine and dryer,
• Access from the living room by two French windows to the main terrace (250 sq ft) overlooking the river valley.
A generous staircase leads you to the first floor which consists of:
• One bedroom with a queen size bed,
• One bedroom with a convertible bed for 2 with a beautiful view south,
• A bathroom with shower and WC,
• The library (books in English, French and German), DVD, a convertible bed for 2, and
• The office with extra telephone, fax, computer and a single bed.
A cleaning service is provided in mid-week (included).

€2100/week ($3000) (Valid All Year Round). Special rate for two weeks: €3500/$5000
A down payment of 50% (in Euros, no USD) will be required on reservation, the rest
on arrival. A refundable guarantee deposit of €1000 will be asked on arrival.
