My wife and I stayed for one week in this centrally-located studio. The apartment had everything we needed: cleanliness, washing machine and clothesline, refrigerator and comfortable beds. Wonderful sights, restaurants and necessities (e.g., grocery store) were only 5-10 minutes away. We highly recommend this studio. Don't spend money on a hotel or bed and breakfast - you're best bet is to rent this place.

We ended up extending our stay in Sevilla from 6 to 12 days because of this wonderful place! The apartment was beautiful and furnished with everything we needed. Jean Pierre, the manager was always available for recommendation (great ones) and was easy to talk to and just a great person. The location could not have been better. Its on a quiet street and a short walk to some of the best restaurants, the city center and fresh air open markets. We never had to take a taxi and enjoyed walking through the city. The terrace on the roof was a highlight. After siesta we'd enjoy a glass of wine with jamon, olives, queso, pan and fresh fruit and watch the sunset before heading to dinner. We've seen Madrid, Barcelona and Ronda. If you want a true relaxing vacation this location is at the top of the list. Thank you Jean Pierre!!!!

This was the best stay ever! If you come to Sevilla this is the place to be. I was sorry to have to leave. Beautiful room, light and gorgeous with all the comfort necessary. The terace is amazing with a great view, the building itself lovely and warm and the location could not be better with great restaurants, bars etc nearby. Just wander around at the Alameda de Hercules...Furthermore the welcoming and friendliness of Jean Pierre who takes care of the building come on top of all that, kind and helpfull. Thanks for a lovely stay and I hope to come back!

A great home away from home

The cozy apartment on Peral 56 was truly a home away from home. The apartment is clean and bright and has everything you need to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The manager is a very helpful and friendly young man who gave us many tips about the neighborhood such as where to go food shopping, get bus transportation, and generally gave us a good orientation of the neighborhood. It was great making our own dinners once in a while as this gave us the opportunity to try out fresh food and vegetables from the market as well as saved us some money! The walk to the Cathedral area is very pleasant and took us no more than 2 min walking leisurely. We always walked through the nearby park Alameda de Hercules which in the evenings became alive with Sevillans from the neighborhood, their children and pets. We recommend staying in Peral 26 if you go to Sevilla. It was a wonderful experience.

My sister and I stayed in this great studio in July 2010. We were so happy with the attractive building, clean and modern studio, beautiful French doors, etc. The gentleman who rented us the studio was really helpful and friendly. All of his recommendations were great! The studio was quiet at night and the AC worked really well. The shower isn't pictured but is really nice with excellent water pressure (this has not been the case in some of the other vrbo rentals where we stayed). I've already recommended this studio to friends and hope to return to it myself in the future. One thing to keep in mind is that it is on one end of Seville which is definitely worth seeing. However, the cathedral and Plaza de Espana is on the other side of the town, about 20-25 minutes walking. We really enjoyed the walk back and forth allowing us to see the town and all its beauty, but older travelers might need to use taxi/public transportation.
