The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Good gathering place, excellent access to Delray area where there are many restaurants and activities. Small community only 3 miles long that has a mix of not so high rises and homes. Unique because of this mix. Very well maintained with excellent walking and riding paths. Clubhouse makes it easy to go to the beach, exercise with a hot tub and pool provided. Grilling available so you can look out at the ocean while eating. Clubhouse is fully staffed with lawn chairs provided. Excellent library - better than any video store selection within walking distance. Located in the middle of the 3-mile stretch. Tennis courts available. Access to inter-coastal -- dock available -- fishing available on the inter-coastal and ocean. Pool on the inter-coastal. Recently remodeled kitchen and both bathrooms. All appliances have been updated - stainless steel refrigerator/dishwasher/stove. Newly painted and furnished with new 60" flat panel television. Ceilings recently redone.
