Our family considers Winter Park our home away from home. Kevin grew up in Denver and has lots of family still in the area. We feel lucky to be able to come visit family and stay in this beautiful place.

We had a great stay at your condo-we have 3 kiddos and there was plenty of room. The place is very clean and family friendly. The kitchen is well equipped and I LOVE the bus stop outside the front door! We are planning another trip next month and hopefully each month until ski season is over this year.

Great condo, what a wonderful weekend...we thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness of the condo (2 adults and 4 children and still plenty of room) and it's proximity to town as well as the base of the mountain. The Pasqua's are very accommodating and helpful, we certainly look forward to staying here again! The Sytner's

My family of 5 stayed at the Tall Pines Villa during a spring break skiing trip in March 2008. We found the condo at Beaver Village to be perfect for our family. The condo is nicely decorated and is stocked with everything you need to stay comfortably. Kevin and Jill were great to work with and quickly answered all of our questions. The only negative during our stay involved the shuttle buses that took us back and forth to the ski slopes. With it being spring break, there were alot of people that needed to use the free transportation. The shuttle buses filled up quickly which sometimes resulted in long waits to get a ride to/from the slopes. However, Beaver Village has it's own bus and started using it towards the end of the week which helped alleviate the overcrowding. Overall, we had a great time at Tall Pines Villa and would return again.

Hi Jill and Kevin, I have been meaning to thank you for such a great welcoming visit up in Winter Park earlier last month. We had a great time with the kids and did a little bit of everything. Your condo is perfect, warm, inviting and has everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and walking into town. We played min golf and other games at Winter Park and drove out to Hot Sulphur Springs for the day, what a great place. We also happened to be there during the weekly Saturday night rodeo. Thank you very much! Kirsten is a travel agent in the Boulder area. Her comments meant a great deal to us. Thanks Kirsten. We look forward to you staying with us again.

We rented Tall Pines for an extended period this January & February and thorougly enjoyed our stay. We have three kids and there was more than enough room. It was clean and provided everything we needed. It is very cozy and welcoming. The shuttle to Winter Park is great as well as the pool. We hope to do the same thing next year.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at Tall Pines Villa. The condo is very nicely furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is well equiped, and the owners have gone out of their way to make their guests feel at home. Winter Park is a wonderful place to stay in the summer. There are many biking and hiking paths to enjoy. It is also very convient to the Rocky Mountain National Park. I would recommend this condo to all my friends and family.

We've stayed 8 nights in this very well maintained and furnished condo. Spacious, all rooms with cable TV and remote control. Cozy living, large enough for 4. Deck faces north (woods) but the entrancedeck is so spacious that you can sit there and enjoy the sun, even in February. All equipment is working properly, dishwasher and microwave are new. Shuttlebus to skislopes is departing/returning at your doorstep, runs on schedule. Even in the busier weekends no problems in getting to the slopes. Staff of Beaver Village Condo's is friendly and helpful; the clubhouse has a nice pool and a few hottubs. Condo is close to the village with its restaurants and shops, though the large supermarket (safeway) is in Fraser, about 4 miles. Snow was great (we visited WP at the end of Feb), best we ever had in WP. Great value for money in (what we think) is one of the best skiresorts in the Rockies. Will come again!
