Our condo is in the new Trailhead Lodges subdivision. It's one block off of main street in the middle of downtown Winter Park and right across the street from the new town park (Hideaway Park)where there is a sledding hill in the winter and concerts & festivals in the summer. You can walk to everything and the free ski shuttle picks you up at the entrance to our complex! The complex has new clubhouse with heated pool, XL hot tub, workout center, large gathering area with kitchen for reunions, weddings, graduations, parties, etc, a picnic area with 2 gas grills and fire pit for relaxing.
Our unit is on the ground floor and sits on the back of the property where the views from our extra large wrap around deck are spectacular (we provide gas grill / table & chairs for relaxing on deck). Very quiet/private unit.
We offer free Wifi internet access, free Direct TV with 3 TVs/DVDs (one BlueRay), large flat screen high def TV, unit includes linens, towels, washer/dryer, kitchen set up to to serve 12.

Why the Owner Chose Trailhead Lodge
We bought our condo in Trailhead Lodges because of the great amenities with the clubhouse, pool and hot tub. We bought in Winter Park because of the convenience to getting there from Denver and the amazing winter activities (some of the best skiing in Colorado) and the amazing summer activities.
