This is a great winter rental for a couple (or small family) who wants to escape the cold winters and enjoy the tropical Florida sunshine and beautiful sugar white sand beaches. Anna Maria Island is located only one hour from two International Airports (Tampa International and Sarasota/Bradenton International)on the West coast of Florida, and a short one hour and thirty minute drive to all of the amusement parks and attractions in Orlando Florida!
Our ground level home is nicely appointed with bright tropical colors, flat screen TV's in every room and walking distance to everything you will need while on vacation!

We chose to purchase our second home on Anna Maria Island not only for the amazing beaches with crystal clear water and sugar white sand, but also because of the accessibility. Our property is located one hour from two major international airports (Tampa and Bradenton/Sarasota). The island has some of the best fishing in Florida, outstanding restaurants and great little boutiques for shopping!

I am a lifelong Florida resident. Married with two children, we reside in the Tampa area. As a former cheerleader for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, I am a big fan! During the summer months we enjoy our beautiful home in Anna Maria going fishing, spending the day at the beach or just relaxing.
