Why the Owner Chose Lima
Miraflores is a safe and beautiful neighborhood of Lima to live in. The house is perfectly situated close to all amenities at walking distance (restaurants, shops, beaches, markets, museums...).
Next door to the house there's a shop named "Madre Natura" which sell all kind of natural and healthy food. They also have a peacefull patio full of trees and a relaxing fountain where one can drink fresh fruit juices made on demand.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment
Walking the streets of the area is extremely pleasant. One is surrounded by a very friendly athmosphere, old fashion typical houses of Miraflores and charming people. I like having lunch or dinner at one of the many fish restaurant at La Mar street and drinking a fantastic Pisco-Sour at the bar of La Gloria restaurant. The best.
There's a health food store at 2 mn walk from the house with a very peacefull patio and a relaxing fountain where one can get freshly made fruit juices and salads.

I was born in Lima where I grew up. I then moved to Paris (France) where I work in the film production industry. This house was my family house and I really love spending time there once or twice a year. It's a typical 3 story house full of charm, located in the heart of the beautiful and trendy neighborhood of Miraflores. Amenities are at walking distance. I refurbished and redecorated the house last year. Each floor is an independent apartment with its own entrance. This one is located in the first floor with a small enclosed garden. I decorated it with a mixture of European and Peruvian styles in order to reflect my personality and my roots.
