Year Purchased: 1980
I live in Paris but I was born in Lima where I grew up. I work in the film production industry in France. Travelling is a passion to me. That's why I go back often Peru and visit many other countries at least once or twice a year. I refurbished and redecorated my 3 story Miraflores typical house last year. So far I have two apartments to rent: 1 in the first floor (VRBO post n°242649) and the second in the third and top floor of the house. Both are decorated with a mixture of European and Peruvian styles in order to reflect my personality and my roots.
Why the Owner Chose Miraflores
Miraflores is a safe and beautiful neighborhood of Lima to live in. The house is perfectly situated close to all amenities at walking distance (restaurants, shops, beaches, markets, museums...). Next door to the house there's a shop named "Madre Natura" which sell all kind of natural and healthy food. They also have a peaceful patio full of trees and a relaxing fountain where one can drink fresh fruit juices made on demand.
The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
Walking the streets of the area is extremely pleasant. One is surrounded by a very friendly atmosphere, old fashion typical houses of Miraflores and charming people. I like having lunch or dinner at one of the many fish restaurant at La Mar street and drinking a fantastic Pisco-Sour at the bar of La Gloria restaurant. The best.
