If you want to be right on the water, this house is for you! A 30-yard walk from the back of the house along gently-sloped mowed grounds will bring you to your very own swimming area in the lake. Once there, you can lounge on your air mattress and float the afternoon away watching the boats go in and out of the nearby Indian Point Marina!
Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, this 2600 square foot house offers ample space for large groups. With its open layout, two levels, three bedrooms, two family rooms, a large sunroom, and a screened porch with hot tub, it can easily accommodate 12 or more persons. So you can have your morning cup of coffee sitting back under the covered patio while watching the local wildlife and resident deer. Or you can have dinner in the sunroom while enjoying the sun setting down over the hills. Finally, you can sip on your favorite beverage while relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of shopping or walking at Silver Dollar City.

Why the Owner Chose Indian Point
Over the years, we have trailered our boat to all the lakes within driving distance of Kansas City and Table Rock Lake has always been by far our favorite lake due to its large size, clear water, and proximity to the attractions in Branson.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our house is right on the water. You cannot get any closer to the water on Table Rock Lake. You just walk out the back door and you can have your own private swimming area in the lake. Our house is also large and the layout is very open. Our favorite room is the sunroom with its floor-to-ceiling windows that offer great views of the lake.
