If you want to be right on the water, this house is for you! A 30-yard walk from the back of the house along gently-sloped mowed grounds will bring you to your very own swimming area in the lake. Once there, you can lounge on your air mattress and float the afternoon away watching the boats go by!
Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, this 2600 square foot house offers ample space for large groups. With its open layout, two levels, three bedrooms, two family rooms, a large sunroom, and a screened porch with hot tub, it can easily accommodate 12 or more persons. So you can have your morning cup of coffee sitting back under the covered patio while watching the local wildlife and resident deer. Or you can have dinner in the sunroom while enjoying the sun setting down over the hills. Finally, you can sip on your favorite beverage while relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of shopping or walking at Silver Dollar City.

Why the Owner Chose Branson
Over the years, we have trailered our boat to all the lakes within driving distance of Kansas City and Table Rock Lake has always been by far our favorite lake due to its large size, clear water, and proximity to the attractions in Branson.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our house is right on the water. You cannot get any closer to the water on Table Rock Lake. You just walk out the back door and you can have your own private swimming area in the lake. Our house is also large and the layout is very open. Our favorite room is the sunroom with its floor-to-ceiling windows that offer great views of the lake.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The surroundings were peaceful, quiet and private. As the owner states you can't get any closer to the lake than this. Swimming, fishing, sunbathing, and simply enjoying the view were just right outside the backdoor. The sunroom was beautiful with its many windows. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed and the living room was very spacious and comfortable. The home is close to Silver Dollar City and we never had issues with traffic until we got to 76 and the strip. There is a small grocery store nearby that carried all your staples as well as fishing gear and bait. Several restaurants were close by and Indian Point Marina was just down the road where you could rent speed boats, pontoon boates, tubes, jet skis, etc. We have 4 children under 12 and this was our first experience with lake swimming versus a pool at the condo. My kids threw on their life jackets and now say they like lake swimming better than the pool. Almost every morning and evening my kids got to enjoy watching the deer that stopped at the house. When we visited there was actually a doe with 2 fawns that was quite exciting to see. This house was just what we were looking for and would highly recommend it to anyone. The owner was a pleasure to work with and more than happy to answer all my questions.

We stayed with members of our family and had a great time. The house is large enough for a large group and well appointed — new furniture and a kitchen stocked with any of the cooking supplies you'd ever need. The lake was close and easily accessible and Silver Dollar City was only five minutes away. We'll be back.
