We are located in the historic district of Park City. The house is just a short 5 minute walk to the restaurants, bars, galleries and shops of Main Street, the heart of Park City. Deer Valley Loop is a quiet, non-commercial street, less than a block from the free shuttle that serves all 3 ski areas, shopping centers, and other attractions.
The Glades is a townhome complex with only two units and no common walls thus offering a quiet and private environment for your vacation. It is managed by a small high-quality, high-service local company with roots in Park City.
Our 3 BEDROOM/3 full BATH home of approximately 1800 square feet is on two levels and furnished in contemporary Southwest style with many amenities including quality linens for the beds. The upstairs is open, bright, and sunny with high ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace, 2 full-size comfortable couches to relax in at the end of the day and a 42' flat screen TV with satellite service. One step up is the dining area and next to it is the very well-equipped kitchen, with brand new GE Profile appliances and enough utensils to conduct a cooking class! Walk outside the sliding doors from the living area onto the deck and enjoy the private spa. The townhome has wireless internet access throughout.
The lower level consists of the entry, the bedrooms and baths and washer/dryer. Our master has a queen size bed, full bath, and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with full bath and the third has 2 twin beds with a full bath in the hallway that also serves as the powder room.
Winter and Summer/Fall
Access to skiing is easy... a short walk to the Town Lift which serves Park City Mountain Resort; 1-mile to Deer Valley Ski Resort; 3 miles to The Canyons. In addition, Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude, and Robert Redford's Sundance are a 45-minute drive away. Snow Basin and Powder Mountain are about 1 hour.
Park City is well known for its skiing, but summer in the mountains is also wonderful. Summer activities include golf, hiking, and biking. There are several excellent golf courses within 30 minutes drive. Summer weather is glorious; cool and dry and the evenings are long. Fall colors normally occur for a couple of weeks in late September and are varied and vibrant.
A 50% deposit is required with all bookings and is non-refundable within 60 days of arrival. Final payment is required 60 days prior to arrival. You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if less than 50% of the runs are open at Park City Mountain Resort seven days prior to your scheduled arrival.

About the owner: This is a picture of us at our favorite spot – our Park City home. We fell in love with the town and are happy to be home owners in this outdoor Mecca. Our full-time home is in NYC and we love to escape to Park City. It is extremely accessible– close to the airport- and we love that it offers great food, exciting nightlife, and some of the best winter sports and terrain in the US. The three resorts in town give us a variety of choices as each has its own characteristics. Many come to Park City for the winter sports, but it also has truly beautiful summers with the myriad of activities available. The town offers an amazing variety of music, art, and other cultural events generally only found in much larger locations.

Location, location, location! In addition to being centrally located between all three ski areas, we are only a 5-minute walk to Main Street, the center of Park City's social life. Historic Main Street, as it is called, retains the architectural flavor of its origins as a mining town while offering sophisticated as well as family-friendly dining options, nightlife, and a wide variety of art galleries and shops. Our unit has easy access to the three ski areas and the free shuttle bus stops very close by. The unit itself is approximately 1800 square feet on two floors with the three bedrooms and baths on the lower and a large open living and dining area, kitchen, deck and spa on the upper level.
