My daughter and two grandsons just stayed with me in our newly remodeled two bedroom/two bath condo for six weeks for the first time after the remodel and found it to have all the necessities of home. We especially enjoyed opening the sliding glass doors in the living room and windows in the master bedroom to get those warm tropical breezes all day long.
This loft style condo with its vaulted ceilings, large windows and new paint is clean, bright and cozy. It has two queen size beds in both the master and loft bedroom (plus a very comfortable, self inflated aerobed to make it comfortable to sleep six). The loft bedroom has a full bathroom with a shower and the bathroom downstairs has been remodeled and has shower/tub combo.
The kitchen is fully equipped to cook all meals or you can enjoy a Bar-b-que on ground level with a picnic area which is available for all units. The rest of the condo is also fully equipped with all the amenities of a home away from home. We all enjoyed the family friendly Charlie Young beach (also called Kamole Sands 1 beach) mainly for its calmer surf, beautiful long white beach and the short walk from our condo.
We have beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels for your use. The condo has new carpeting in the bedrooms and tiled floors in the living room, kitchen and lanai. The boys had a hard time deciding whether to go to the beach first thing in the mornings or go to one of the three pools in our complex. The six championship tennis courts are also fun on the cool side of the evening.
The complex is beautifully kept, always clean and manicured to perfection. For extra safety and peace of mind their is a security guard on duty at all times. Come and share our vacation home and Maui, the memories that you create are lifelong.

Why the Owner Chose Maui Vista
My heart has always been in Hawaii. Whenever I think vacation Hawaii is really the only place I want to go. It can be relaxing or action packed whatever you want your dream vacation to be.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I really enjoy the warm tropical breeze that keeps my condo cooler than most. I love to go to the beach first thing in the morning and have my latte' and in the evening sit with a glass of wine and watch the sunset. In between I enjoy the restaurants, shopping, movies, the swimming pool, which is right by our unit, and a nice bar-b-que in the evenings which is something our complex offers for each building.

Aloha fellow renters -- Great condo - great location !!! Across street from awesome beach (Charlie Young Beach). Home away from home for sure. Would definitely recommend to others & come back again. Condo was very clean when we arrived. Everything there that you need to enjoy your time in Maui. All beach toys, etc provided - therefore no rentals. Shopping & restaurants within walking distance. Thanks Brynn for allowing us to enjoy your "little peace of heaven". Just a tip -- don't leave the boogie boards on the lanai to dry - you'll get written up.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Thanks again for your wonderful condo, it was so convenient having the beach rigt across the street.. We didn't even have to use the air conditioner because you have a perfect spot not getting to much sun and alot of crossbreeze through the condo. I will definitely keep your condo in mind when we come that way again. Thanks again.
