  Rented both condos (75 & 76). Have rented STS condos for 6 years, and Ron's are by far the BEST. Very easy to talk to and was always there when I had questions. Condos are very people friendly and the listing was accurate concerning photos and views. Ron was also willing to touch base with my brother (who lives nearby) and let him into the condos the day of our arrival to stock it with food and drinks. Also, having the extra parking space was convenient for my brother to use, as they visited every day. I am absolutely renting these condos for next year. 5 STAR to Ron.

  This is our 2nd visit to this wonderful condo and was just as enjoyable as the first time. The unit is clean and very beautifully furnished. We cooked in several nights and the kitchen is well stocked with about everything you'd need to prepare a meal.....except the food of course.And there are so many good restaurants within walking distance if you're not in the mood to cook. With this unit you have a choice of 3 balconies to sit on and view the beautiful sunsets.....the views are absolutely incredible and what a great place to people watch! Ron, the owner is so helpful and once again he was able to provide us with 2 parking places instead of just one. We've already scheduled 2 more visits....this condo is definitely the best of the best!!

  My daughter, her two teenage daughers and I stayed at the condo for a week and it was the best week we have spent in along time. Much better than a cramped Motel room. The view was perfect, the Condo was clean, & we had room to spread out and enjoy our vacation. We called Ron for good restaurant options, and he was right on. The steak House was wonderful right on the beach and the best steak i have ever had. Would recommend to anyone a couple or family if you want a perfect vacation. We will be back next year. Pam

  The description of this place and the reviews are all too good to be true, but this condo justifies everything said about it. With the west side full of windows, the breaking waves of the ocean were always within view. There's nothing like waking up in the morning, turning your head to see the waves rolling up on the beach. The only thing that comes between you and ocean is the great 57" HDTV (complete with cable and movie channels, and bluray, dvd and vhs players). The kitchen was well-stocked with the essentials, all appliances in good working order. The beds and linens were very, very comfortable, and having two bedrooms each with their own baths made the stay comfortable for my wife and I and our adult daughter. Having a designated parking space in the secured garage was convenient (if not an absolute necessity in this part of Pacific Beach), but we only left the area once during our stay -- everything else we wanted to do was within walking distance (man, it's really tough when you have to walk 20 yards to go lounge on the beach). The garage includes grocery carts to make bringing luggage, etc. up to the room a snap. The boardwalk provided endless people-watching entertainment, it's great to watch the area come to life from early morning, through the peak periods in the afternoon, and into the evenings. Late at night, the boardwalk did attract partygoers from the local bars, but since the unit is 4 floors up, the noise they made barely came through over the sound of the waves. The condo's location between Garnett and Grand, made getting in/out of PB very easy. It is also a nice place to launch bike rides around Mission Bay or up over Mt. Soledad to La Jolla, Torrey Pines and beyond. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! With a friendly, gracious and conscientious owner like Ron, a good time is virtually guaranteed.

  Rather than repeat everything said in the previous reviews, I will just verify that our experience was just as good as all the others said it would be. I will add one thing for future guests, be sure to bring your binoculars for dolphin viewing. We saw dolphins feeding several times; people seemed to be watching them from the end of the pier. Just one more lovely touch to a perfect vacation...

  We spent a wonderful week at this condo and enjoyed every minute. We stayed 6 nights and I wish we stayed 10 because we would have liked a few extra days just to stay in the condo -- it is a world in itself, and apart from all the great things to do in San Diego, a few days right on Pacific Beach are not to be missed. We loved the spectacular view -- it feels like you are right on the beach. We saw dolphins several times (bring binoculars) and it is greatly entertaining just watching the flow of people, the surfers, the change of light on the ocean, the beautiful sunsets. It was also a treat to walk to The Green Flash for breakfast, walk to Ralph's for groceries, walk to the Farmer's Market and to the many restaurants for dinner. CondoRon is a dream to work with, very responsive and helpful. We want to go back as soon as we can.

  If you love to watch and listen to the Pacific Ocean, this is the place for you! The condo is set up so that there are panoramic views of the ocean from all rooms except the kitchen. If you love to watch people, this is the place for you! The boardwalk is just below. If you love restaurants, groceries, shops and much more within walking distance, this is the place for you! We are a family of four with two adult children. We felt very cozy here, yet with ample room for us all. Sooooooooooo much better than a hotel room! And though we were there in mid-December, we could open the doors and let in fresh air, enjoy coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean and listen to the waves. Honestly, if you do not want to get in your car again after arrival, it absolutely is not necessary. I could easily have spent all of our visit enjoying the condo, beach and immediate area. However, there are tons of things to see and do within a short car ride if you can pull yourself away from the views! And Ron is great. All of the reviews you read are spot on. It was hard to leave and we hope to be back!

  For a good time, call Ron! No, really, call him! Four of us just spent a fabulous Christmas/New Year's week at his ocean-in-your-face condo! Such a gorgeous view of sea and sky!! Don't forget to bring your binoculars. And, oh, the people watching is better than TV! Although, watching all the football games on the 50-kabillion inch TV with the ocean as the backdrop is pretty spectacular, too!! The condo is a perfect setup for two couples, with a bathroom to each bedroom. En suite, as they like to say. There's huge separation with common area between the bedrooms and we never felt crowded or without privacy. Everything you need or want is walking distance. Long walks up and down the beach and wonderful sunsets were our daily objectives to be worked in around all the other stuff we did - whale watching excursion, Wild Animal Park, lunches in Ocean Beach, dinner in Old Town, etc. We're long-time visitors to San Diego and have now found our future perfect lodging here at Ron's!!!

  We are literally driving back to Phoenix as I type this review, but I couldn't wait to share our experience. We travelled to watch the Packers take on the Chargers (Go Pack Go!) and we couldn't have stayed at a more perfect location! As you can tell from the pictures, the views are AMAZING! We loved how we could sit on the couches and watch the pre-game shows on the large screen TV while watching the waves roll in - so fantastic! There's so much to do here, and it's all in walking distance. We spent part of the day just walking up and down the beach, enjoying the fresh air and sun. We were excited to find a Packer bar a couple blocks away (The BeachWood), where we got to take part in the pre-game rally. Another must-do is Kono's Cafe. We watched from our window as people lined up to get in and wondered what was so great about this little place. On our way out of town this morning we stopped in for breakfast to see for ourselves. Boy were we glad we did! We had a great breakfast for a great price! We have been using vrbo for a couple years now, and although we've had some great experiences, I must say, it's hard to find such good customer service. Ron is wonderful! From the time we inquired about the condo a couple months ago all the way to check-out, he was extremely helpful, and made sure he was available if we had questions. Thanks, Ron, for making us feel so welcome! It was a little slice of Heaven! (Hopefully we'll be back soon!)

  We had two couples staying at this fabulous condo. It was immaculate, well stocked and just as pictured. The beds were very comfortable, which coming from me, means a great deal. The views were beautiful. Even more stunning than the views were the sounds of the crashing waves. From both bedrooms and from the living room, the waves were loud and mesmerizing. We were all lulled to sleep. Each couple had a master bedroom with their own deck and bathroom which insured privacy when we needed it. We had a spectacular thunderstorm one morning, which excited us all and was enthralling to watch entwined with the ocean waves. Leaving was difficult; we already have return reservations and plan to make more.
