If you love to watch and listen to the Pacific Ocean, this is the place for you! The condo is set up so that there are panoramic views of the ocean from all rooms except the kitchen. If you love to watch people, this is the place for you! The boardwalk is just below. If you love restaurants, groceries, shops and much more within walking distance, this is the place for you! We are a family of four with two adult children. We felt very cozy here, yet with ample room for us all. Sooooooooooo much better than a hotel room! And though we were there in mid-December, we could open the doors and let in fresh air, enjoy coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean and listen to the waves. Honestly, if you do not want to get in your car again after arrival, it absolutely is not necessary. I could easily have spent all of our visit enjoying the condo, beach and immediate area. However, there are tons of things to see and do within a short car ride if you can pull yourself away from the views! And Ron is great. All of the reviews you read are spot on. It was hard to leave and we hope to be back!

For a good time, call Ron! No, really, call him! Four of us just spent a fabulous Christmas/New Year's week at his ocean-in-your-face condo! Such a gorgeous view of sea and sky!! Don't forget to bring your binoculars. And, oh, the people watching is better than TV! Although, watching all the football games on the 50-kabillion inch TV with the ocean as the backdrop is pretty spectacular, too!! The condo is a perfect setup for two couples, with a bathroom to each bedroom. En suite, as they like to say. There's huge separation with common area between the bedrooms and we never felt crowded or without privacy. Everything you need or want is walking distance. Long walks up and down the beach and wonderful sunsets were our daily objectives to be worked in around all the other stuff we did - whale watching excursion, Wild Animal Park, lunches in Ocean Beach, dinner in Old Town, etc. We're long-time visitors to San Diego and have now found our future perfect lodging here at Ron's!!!

We are literally driving back to Phoenix as I type this review, but I couldn't wait to share our experience. We travelled to watch the Packers take on the Chargers (Go Pack Go!) and we couldn't have stayed at a more perfect location! As you can tell from the pictures, the views are AMAZING! We loved how we could sit on the couches and watch the pre-game shows on the large screen TV while watching the waves roll in - so fantastic! There's so much to do here, and it's all in walking distance. We spent part of the day just walking up and down the beach, enjoying the fresh air and sun. We were excited to find a Packer bar a couple blocks away (The BeachWood), where we got to take part in the pre-game rally. Another must-do is Kono's Cafe. We watched from our window as people lined up to get in and wondered what was so great about this little place. On our way out of town this morning we stopped in for breakfast to see for ourselves. Boy were we glad we did! We had a great breakfast for a great price! We have been using vrbo for a couple years now, and although we've had some great experiences, I must say, it's hard to find such good customer service. Ron is wonderful! From the time we inquired about the condo a couple months ago all the way to check-out, he was extremely helpful, and made sure he was available if we had questions. Thanks, Ron, for making us feel so welcome! It was a little slice of Heaven! (Hopefully we'll be back soon!)

We had two couples staying at this fabulous condo. It was immaculate, well stocked and just as pictured. The beds were very comfortable, which coming from me, means a great deal. The views were beautiful. Even more stunning than the views were the sounds of the crashing waves. From both bedrooms and from the living room, the waves were loud and mesmerizing. We were all lulled to sleep. Each couple had a master bedroom with their own deck and bathroom which insured privacy when we needed it. We had a spectacular thunderstorm one morning, which excited us all and was enthralling to watch entwined with the ocean waves. Leaving was difficult; we already have return reservations and plan to make more.

The time spent at this beautiful location was perfect! The views are really breathtaking and depicted accurately in the promo pictures. We will be coming back because of the total experience..close to all restaurants....covered parking.....friendly owner....privacy was guaranteed because of the layout of the condo. Gosh, we even had friendly neighbors! Couldn't have asked for more! "Four seniors escaping the Yuma heat!"

We stayed over Labor Day weekend and had the best time -- the pictures don't give the views justice. You open the windows and the sound and sight of the ocean is incredible. The condo is perfect - 2 master suites basically - all the amenities of home. It lacks nothing. Definitely our new favorite place! The owner, Ron, is the sweetest guy - very helpful.

The condo was fantastic and very nicely furnished. There's a huge flat screen TV in the living room and a smaller one in the master bedroom. The views are to die for!!! We watched the sunset every night and you didn't have to be out on one of the 3 balconies to do so unless you wanted to because the wall facing the the ocean is nothing but windows so you have your pick of places. If you're into people watching it's perfect.The condo is within walking distance to great restaurants and bars. We cooked in a number of nights and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. The condo has one parking place assigned to it but Ron ,the owner, was able to secure another one for us which was such a big help as parking places on the streets are hard to find. We had a wonderful time and will be returning in June. You just can't go wrong with this condo!!

We spent 3 nights and were very pleased with the unit. The same view in the hotels 2 blocks away costs $400-$450 a night and they only have a single room and bathroom. We live in San Diego county and this is a great place to get-away for a few days. Fun to check out all the beach bars and night life.

We have vacationed in Pacific Beach for many years, but this was by far the best trip yet. This condo was simply amazing...and puts the hotels near by to shame! Falling asleep to the sound of the waves then waking up to the views of the ocean... what else could a family ask for!! It was fantastic being so close to all of the shops, restaurants and even grocery store..that we did not even have to drive the whole time we were there. Ron, the owner, was awesome. He met us the day we arrived to check in, kept in contact the entire time, answered any questions we had and made us feel right at home. We would highly recommend any of his units in the building,..you simply can't go wrong! Thanks for a wonderful vacation and memories! See you soon San Diego! WE WILL BE BACK!

Our family had a GREAT experience staying here. Spectacular views, walking distance to anything we needed including Ralphs (grocery store) just 1.5 blocks away. Ron ( the owner ) met us there on arrival and provided details on Pacific Beach etc. 10 minutes to Sea World, 10 seconds to surfing, body boarding, walks at sunset on the beach. Dining options were unlimited if we wanted to eat out. this place was as reliable as the 7:52 pm sunset out of our family room window every night while watching the local surfers pay respect to the sea's last wave sets for the day..... DEDICATED/GATED/COVERED parking was an outstanding bonus with this place as well!!!!!! Thanks Ron -See you next year!
